Called ahead of time for a ford transmission and ask them to check if they still have it and if is in good condition and they said it is on the shelf is good and ready to go. I drove an hour to go pick up the next day and they said , the transmission case is cracked "we can sell it for parts only". What a joke this place is. I have scratched them off my parts suppliers list.

The employees here knowingly sold me a broken condition it's clearly marked I called them the same day I bought it told him it was broke told them I wanted my money back they said fine after taking off work early today and leaving an hour and a half early but cost me $30 and drove all the way here they refused to give me my money

Garbage junk they don’t even give warranty they say they do less then 16hrs return a part with recipe bunch of rats here . As A Buyer that buys parts every day go to gagles Davidson’s bee solutions a alternative and they at least keep there word on warranty .

I do not recommend buying anything on this site, the guarantee they give you is ridiculous, when you come back they start making excuses and everything to not accept that their piece is defective, and the staff is very rude and has no ethics, anyway if you want to end up scammed and on a bad day buy from these people

Horrible service! The sold me a bad Transmission and then immediately tried to weasel their way out of honoring the warranty. They cost me over $2000 putting their messed up transmission into my car. They also admitted to me over the phone that they do not check their parts to see if they work before selling them. I would give them no stars if I could. Response to Oscars comment: Wrong! The terms of sale and warranty information states that the CVT Transmissions MUST use oil from the dealer’s Manufacturer Only and keep their receipt to honor the warrants. I have my receipt which also has the type of transmission fluid that was used along with the manufacturer number. I never said I didn’t have my receipt and I will be bringing to your office. Know your facts before your eager rebuttals Oscar.

This place has been open the entire pandemic and has been in complaints with social distancing and mandatory mask use. Which makes feel very safe to do business there. They are very efficient, professional, & affordable. Best Salvage Yard in Town I Highly recommend this place

Purchased a 2011 Toyota Sienna transmission for $750 and was told it had 52k miles on it . Had it installed at a professional shop and had only lasted 5 months. Found out with google that the vin # the transmission came from actually had 189k miles not 51K !!!!!!! THIS IS FRAUD !!!!!!!! They refuse to give me any compensation even though I had to eat the labor for the installation too. They lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and didn't care what so ever, in fact she pretty much hung up on me. This is NOT how you do business especially in these time. I will be filing a complaint with the BFO and filing a case with Hillsborough county police department since I have records and receipts with vin # and mileage they gave me v's the google vin # and correct mileage of salvage auction sale. I will never do business with them again unless this is corrected in some way...

Purchased a steering wheel from them, and a small clip was damaged. These small clips, as any mechanic knows, should be handled with care upon removal. This one was completely damaged. I tried to explain this to the woman, who had broken English, and made every attempt to accuse me of breaking the clip. These clips are broken when being taken off, not when you put them on. She continued to accuse me of breaking the clip. So, I would advise you, if you shop with this business, make sure you don't get anything shipped that is wrong, broken, or simply doesn't work. Because the policy here, at this business, is to fight every customer so the customer returns nothing. Because she was very unprofessional, and disrespectful by telling me that it was my fault. Such a shame! Be very careful!

Horrible experiance would never refer anyone here. Sold me a ecm stating it was tested took it to have it programed to find out I wasted $130 on a bad ecm. Called to see if they could make it right told me my mechanic was wrong that it was a good ecm. Now I have a $130 paper weight.
