Great prices and friendly enough people. Got in and out with what I needed and the yard is well organized.
- BBryan Keeling
Great place to go it's cool because they have 5 or 6 cars and you can get parts off of any one you choose
- WWalter Blackwell
I don't think too much about pull a parts. Sometimes parts is available or not. I plain order online parts for now on.
- SSterling
Stock seems to be getting refreshed more often now. (Obviously older cars 10+ years) Great prices and no "option" warranty like shadier places
- DDavid Rapson
This place is the worst! Zero customer service. Could not return a part that I had not even left the parking lot with...(Found out the body part I needed was for a different trim level) They don't use their phones, I assume out of laziness. No markings on lot #s from the ticket they give showing where things are located.
- CCloneufc
Don't bother with this place. They had three different cars listed and upon arriving, none were there. They lie, the place is difficult to get to, and its gross.
- KKentreal Johnson
This place is a complete rip off. They just want money. They don't care about nothing. Fat guy at the front just does what he told. very unprofessional period. First time going last time coming.
- GGregory Kuhn
It's a salvage yard. The guys up front are fine. No one seems overly friendly but they weren't rude. Wish the yard was a bit more organized within the branded areas. But overall it's a fine place to try to find some parts. I didn't find anything so I can't speak to their pricing.
- RR Q
Don't think you are going to get everything cheaper than in other junk yards, here they have a few different terms for the same parts which compared to lkq are more expensive than at lkq, for example a backglass is a general term at lkq and it's the same price for all either it's a car, truck or suv, here back glass is just for cars and and suv back glass is called "hatch glass" here and is more expensive than lkq.

Dang talk about rude…I call in girl answers the phone “Pull a part” all quick and nasty and very happily I said “yes mam I was caling to see if you had any 2007-2013 gmc sierras on your lot Instantly she almost cut me off and replied “NO we dont” and then hangs up on me….. Everyone has a bad day but you shouldn’t treat customers like this and owners shouldn’t have people like this answer the phone… she answered so fast too she didn’t even check and also i was going to ask if they had any chevy Silverado’s that same yea since it’s the same truck, but she didn’t even give me the chance before she hung up.

I went for truck parts. Be ready to walk cause the place is big. Lots of vehicles. As we approached the front to pay and leave. I see they are CLOSED! Finally see a guy inside that proceeds to open the overhead door. He snaps harshly put your items down in not selling you anything! Where were you guys at!?! I quietly answered in sec 502 at the back where the trucks are. He replied we were ready to go we looked everywhere! Did you not hear the honks!?!. Well yes I did hear someone honk but I didn't know it was meant for us. Oh yes he says when you hear that horn it's time to go! As I continued to apologize for not knowing this I ask if we could come purchase the parts the next morning. No he said I can't say they will be there! Ok I replied and apologized some more. I then shared with him that I had never been there or any other place like pull a part that I definitely meant no disrespect. Once again apologized for the inconvenience I had caused him. He says so you really didn't know. I said no sir. He ask if I had $20 yes I replied. He said get your parts and just remember the horn honking means it's time to go! I thanked him and assured him it would never happen again! I didn't find all the parts I needed to get. Most the vehicles had been stripped already. The items I did get should only have been $10-12 per their price list. So if you go or when you go I would recommend going when they open and keep an eye on your time.

Well it says to press 4 to talk to someone on the parts counter but nobody will answer the phone and the mailbox is full!! If this is how they are I prefer not to find out how unhelpful they are in person.
- CCrystal Wood
I’ve always loved going to pull apart for hours at a time. Well that is if you can find the car or truck you are looking for. You always find 20 extra little pieces you’ll need later you didn’t think about at first.
- NNova Success
So not bother with this company they never answer their phone I mean never and they keep all the mailboxes full so you can’t even leave a message you pay for a phone and never answer I refuse to deal with a company so dumb everything they do and say will be more than likely dumb use someone else
- JJeana Wolle
Me and my son love the price it best-selling and it's fun finding the cars and pulling the parts you need you can find almost anything for your car that you'd pay allot for elsewhere great if you're in a budget or just like having extra cash!
- MMike Willis
Location: ****; the location is good and easily accessible. Parking; ****, good they expanded it a couple of years ago. Selection; ****, is good if your looking for stuff 10 years and older. Their website and lobby computer search really helps find the car you're looking for. Service ** , this is what I don't about the place. Just about everyone who works there has a crappy attitude. Not just some of the time, but most of time when you have a question of any of the staff it's as if you're annoying them. The only reason I give it 2 stars and not one is that there are a couple of staffers who are polite and helpful. It's apparent the owners are trying to invest in the place to keep and attract customers, but my suggestion to them would be to invest in a friendlier more helpful staff.

Prices are nice, folks are nice they have rad wagons, in the event your picking has you in the far back corner, you'll think it's the best wagon you've ever pulled. When it was time to go one of the guys drove up and down in a salvage car honking the horn and it was awesome that car was hammered - had I not known the time I could have believed if was a new arrival and someone got it started and was just having a go with it 😂🤣. Right by the riversport complex which we were headed to anyway for the Holiday River PARADE of boats !!! Different review - super rad .

Ive called for 3 days in a row to get a motor for my 05 silverado and not once have i gotten any answer worst customer service ive ever recieved
- ssteven wall
States: closes at 5 I walk inside, fatty at the front say they close at 4:30. Fatty number 2 says they close at 4:45. All I needed is a vin number, literally takes 5 minutes and they get $6 for entry. Lazy service. Unimpressed
- SSeth Sipe
Pull A Part agreed to pick up my vehicle on August 5 and call me when they did so. I received no phone call and all attempts to call the business about the vehicle were unanswered. I am led to believe they are stealing the vehicle. Do not sell your car to this business!
- AAndrew Behnke
Had everything I was looking for. Came from Wisconsin for rust free parts and they did not disappoint
- EElizabeth Hughes
TLDR: slow to pick up vehicles it's buying from people, and WON'T ANSWER THEIR PHONES!! I am currently in the process, of selling my broken down car to Pull-a-Part, and having them pick it up from the service center before the mechanic has it towed off. In the 1st call everything was fine, they picked up in a reasonable time, gave me a fair quote, and I proceeded to get the car ready for pick up. Also the lady on the phone at the time gave me a number for the direct desk to make it quicker. This is where it goes downhill. I get the car ready, and I call the specific number given to me; message that number can't be reached given. Try a few more times on this, but no response. I call the original number, and it rings with no pick for over 3 minutes. I hang up, and try again. After a 2+ minute ring, I get a response (not the same desk person, but that isn't a problem) and I inform them that the car is ready for pick up; reiterating the make/model/year/color of the car along with name and address of the service center. Next day I call again, to confirm that the has been picked up, and I come in with the registration to get the money. Another 2 call attempt to get anyone, and then they tell me they can't confirm one way or the other if it's in. My father and I go drive by the service center, and low and behold the car is in the exact same spot. Today (2/10) rolls in, 3 days since the initial offer and set up for pick up, and I call again to see if they picked it up. Now I can't get anyone to answer the phone. I waited for over 7+ minutes with no response at all. I can't really just get another service to get it since I have a verbal agreement, so I'm in limbo right now with the service center breathing down my neck to get it removed. At this point I cannot recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell their junker, cause they just can't seem to be bothered to pick up, and communicate with their clients.

(positives) prices, locator and warrantee are much better than LKQ, yard is fairly well in order, guys at counter very helpful & there are a lot of trucks here. (negatives) what is on ground is pretty well picked, need a fresher inventory. imo
- BBilly Montgomery
The ones that say this place doesn't have a good inventory are very misinformed. They have a great selection of cars, but you can't expect to get everything you want every time you go. More times than not I get what I am wanting, if it's not there I try back next week...And on the weekends they have killer deals on select items, like a few weeks back they had Seats for $5. Yep that's right $5, I got leather seats for my car for $15...They also had trunk lids for $7.50...The place is great, and they have a computer you can locate cars on and it will print out the listings and their locations. They have saved me a lot of money over the years....

Finally got rid of a some old junk and Ms. Penny sure made the finalization of it simple. She remained pleasant when I felt I wasnt after hearing not so good news. In person, I apologized and she continued her amazing customer service. I will definitely do business again, as long as she's there.

Needed an AC mounting bracket for my Mustang 2002 V6 plus the bolt holding the belt tension pulley (the bolt shaft is no longer made). Paid two dollars, and found what I needed in under 2 minutes. The website gives you a price list, and tells you what cars they have in the lot. You bring your own tools and pick it yourself. Keep in mind, these are junk cars that have likely had most valuable parts already taken. If you're on a budget and you need to at least just check, go right ahead. If you don't want to pull the part yourself or want a guarantee a part is there, look elsewhere. This is not the place for you. People who complain about the times don't read the website or call. The phone message when you call clearly states the time and they stop admittance 30 mins prior to prevent customers dragging on the hours so the employees can't go home. If you get in before that, you can still search the yard until that final time is over. Not hard to understand. If you want to take a gamble to find a part and save money, go ahead. You've only got a measly two dollars to lose. My total cost for my part and admittance? 11.45 for a part that others online charge 49 plus shipping. Will come back for scavenging.
- CChristina Z
Let me start by saying a huge THANK YOU! Went to them in need of a small part that would have cost me an arm and leg other places if I had it ordered. They gave me the easiest information and directions to get to each car until I found a what I needed- and it was there first car I found! The staff is 100% top notch and absolutely wonderful! Faith in humanity restored!!
- NNatasha Lumbert
They keep inventory on what comes and goes. You would think that if a person calls in advance for a specific part that they would know if they had it or not. I drove well over 150 miles round trip, paid my admission fee just to walk to the parts vehicles that were stripped bare. The guys in the front acted as if they were not thrilled at all to be there. Neither was I. It was a wasted trip that could have been prevented had they taken the time to see that they had already gotten rid of the parts I had inquired about. So all together I'd say that it was not worth the fuel I paid for to get there nor the time I wasted.
