    Wonderful service. Craig Champagne and Paul Randall worked to find a first car for my daughter. She absolutely loves it and we were able to do all paperwork quickly. Will definitely come back again for our next used vehicle.

    the staff was very friendly and informative. Janette was very helpful and understood what I was looking for and sent me to the correct area to find it. It was nice to find a place that was organized and clean. it took me about 2 hours to find what I needed but on the third try it was found. I also located parts for another vehicle, I will be back. I have found a new home for my parts need. ;) being a motorhead I really enjoy walking around and looking at all the different cars and situations. Thank you Pull-A-Part Tim Brunt

    The website shows open till 5:30? I got there at 4:53 as I was told they were closed for the day. I drive 40 mins and it would have took 2 mins to get the part I needed. That is the definition of poor customer service and lazy people!! They really deserve negative stars!!

    I'm not paying to go walk around... That's ridiculous... Don't even know if they have your part until you go look around... And you can't say it's cheaper because they have you pull your own parts, Every salvage yard i've ever been to you pull your own parts !

    They are a rip off I paid $47 dollars for an alternator for my car but it wasn’t the right one so I brought it back the next day and asked for a refund cuz they didn’t have the right one for my car and they only gave me $9 dollars for my refund and I told them I would never go back there cuz that’s a big difference between paying for 47 dollars and only getting 9 dollars refund I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE

    This place use to be cheap,now it’s ridiculous. Not only you have to get the part yourself,they charge you almost as much as a new part. Need to stop being so greedy and drop the prices

    Said they had a newer corolla on their website got there and it was not there so I bought a rear end out a fj and they nickel and dime me to death on it

    Prices went up plus a 45.71 Environmental fee but still cheaper than Amazon, ebay, local junk yards. Great place to start first despite being pretty well picked over. I was able to pick up 90% of what I needed and the people are very friendly. Great experience, I recommend them.

    I’ve done a lot of business at pull a part. The manager Zane will make sure to help every way he can even when it’s not his job to do. Paul is great with selling cars. These 2 guys are my “go-to” at pull a part. Zane and Paul are the reason I do so much business at the Lafayette pull apart. Thanks u guys.

    Went there for the first time Tuesday after work. Staff was very friendly & went above & beyond in assisting me in getting the part I needed. Service was exceptionally fast. Cashiers had awesome customer service skills. Thank y’all again for all the help.

    They need 0 stars as an option or negative stars. We drove 3 hours from Mississippi. They said they had 2 of the parts we needed on hand. We got there and paid to get in plus the gas to drive 3 hours each way 6 hours round trip....not to mention a day off work...guess what? no parts i needed, Not only no parts they didnt even have any of the vehicles i needed to pull from. ZERO! We said we called!!! They said the person who answers that call is in India. They are 30+ days behind on whats actially here. Never again!!!! If its not in your neighborhood dont chance it. Know that the stock they have in the yard and whats on the computer has 0 relevance to one another. Good luck with that. Never again! And it has nothing to do with your inventory model.... it had to do with you didnt even have ANY of the vehicle's your phone rep said you had today that caused me to drive 6 hours on the word of a foreign phone person. They claimed you had 2 trucks the year i need on the lot and when I arrived you had 0. If thats your "inventory model" id say you need to update that. If someone had honestly told me "we have no idea whats out there" i would have never made the trip.

    I bought a car here for $2,300. First bad sign was that they would only let me drive the car around the parking lot. After purchasing the car died and motor locked up not even 3-5 minutes or 2 miles away from the lot. They refused to help or assist me in any way. They said the most they could do was offer to replace one of the seats with a better one. And even then when I went back to get the seat they said I took too long to come get it so I’d have to pay for it. After realizing the Original owner lived a mile away from me I drove to his house to see what the issue was so I could figure out how to fix. He was a master mechanic and has done nothing else in life but mechanic work. He stated that he informed them multiple times to not sell the car because even though he drove it in to pull a part the car was still no good and would lock up.

    This last experience was by far the best one I've ever had thanks to Chris. If it weren't for his knowledge and exceptional service and dedication I'd have left very upset but heade sure I didn't leave unsatisfied! I know if I had a business I'd definitely want him representing my company!

    Overall I’m very satisfied with my experience. All of the employees where very helpful and nice. Especially their employee Jesse, he was very helpful and made sure I got the best deal and made sure to even help me load my door into my vehicle. He was very nice and had great customer service. Coming from someone who works with customers all day I give him props for the great attitude and willingness to make his customers have a good experience when they aren’t to sure what they are doing😂. Every place needs employees who are great with customers it’s key to making people come back.

    I have never been to pull-a-parts before and the guy checking in was not very helpful or nice. When I got to the back to look for what I needed an employee name Jessie was very helpful and patient. ONLY because he was really nice and helpful will I go back there. I recommend y'all ask for Jessie and he will gladly help you out!

    Never in all my days would I see myself paying to get into a salvage yard but low and behold 2 dollars per person give you a print out and enjoy your walk Personal vehicle not allowed so grab a wheelbarrow and of course did not have what we needed go figure

    Been going here pretty regularly since '16, this place used to be so neat on the yard, they were constantly going through clearing aisles. Not anymore it's horrible out there now! I do usually always find what I need still. I've even bought 3 used cars from them which brings me to my next point. The used car pricing has skyrocketed I talked to the manager recently about buying a truck that was marked as $1,999 I offered $1,850 which is what my son had. The manager tells us he doesn't drop his prices at all and it makes him no difference if they sell or not he'll crush them and still make $1k and walked away. Not to mention we had to wait for him to come back in from his car to talk to us. Jessie is a good guy, always helping and working hard while the manager goes around out front on his phone. This place needs new management!

    Horrible, horrible staff. They treated customers unfairly and were being discriminatory with an autistic kid. Kicked customers out for no apparent reason. Would never recommend, and I highly recommend you stay away.

    Computer says two gmc pickups on row 109 I walked up and down 10rows couldn't find them. Need to hire people to show where the veichals Are. And have some one old people cam pay to take off
