We had a rental car that died and Greg came right away to help us jump the car, very efficient and knowledgeable, he easily was able to help us back into the car without a working keyfob, and he got us on our way quickly so we didn’t miss much our trip. All told once he got there it was maybe 10 minutes to help us get going again, and he kindly gave us recs for where to go in the area- really speedy service and the kind of helpful neighbor vibe you want when your car is down.
