    Called to see if they had a battery for my car. They said they have batteries on a shelf, I'd have to come look myself. Luckily, they had the right size battery. It was half of what LKQ charges. Thanks!

    Wasted $400 at this place. They don’t do refunds, so make sure you’re VERY specific about details over the phone. Parts arrived and when I went to pick them up, they were off the wrong vehicle and complete wrong color.

    Staff was very helpful and courteous. Went so far as to pull an item off the shelf...1987 Toyota Celica temp control. Then took a picture of it for me via text message to confirm the right part before heading over ~80miles. Have to give a shout out to Joe, he was super helpful and gave me a little bit of a discount too.

    This place is pretty awesome! I called for a part that isn't easy to find and they said they will find it and call me back. Well, they called me back way quicker than expected and had the part and in the right color!!! These guys get the part for you! I'm guessing it isn't a pick and pull your own parts. The price was way more than fair! I think I spoke to a guy named Mike and he was super helpful. I needed a retractable cargo cover for my car and he found it with a quickness.

    I feel they should have taking more time to remove headlight assembly. The Mercedes headlight unbolts easily. They were not knowledgeable in the removal. They decided to just break the bottom mounting off the headlight assembly. I would have rejected the headlamp but it was hard to find. They didn't even offer to adjust the price a little. Fortunately I was able to use the broken part from my existing headlamp. Also they stripped the adjustment threads out of the plastic headlamp by not knowing it unbolts from the underside.

    Great Customer Service especially by the gentleman in the middle . Brought a window switch it was the wrong one he explain the if returned it would be credit only , i was cool with return policy. Brought part back hassle-free , he said i got went located exact part for my 2003 F150 !! You a older model car recommend you check them out 1st!!💯

    I have to say, I haven't been here in over 30 years, however this place is still number one. The service is great, and the employees are just wonderful, I personally like to thank my friend Mike at Erdman Auto. He is just an all around great person.     Today I went in looking for a hard to find bumper for my daughter's car and they had 2 of them close to the color but I would have had to paint it. I paid for it but had to go to work so I came back to pick it up, but when I went to get it they did have the plastic reinforcement with it but they did have the steel one. I went back to look for it but I didn't see it with the car that I got the bumper off of. To my luck they had just put a car that was the same color of my daughters car out and I was able to get the correct colored bumper. The staff was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and this will make my daughter and me happy that they had the correct one (I can get my truck back). It's not a large yard but they have a decent selection of vehicles and the prices aren't bad either. As a repeate customer I will be back.

    Contacting dispatch was frustrating. The hold time can be long, and rescheduling is a pain cause it's at least a week out from your original date. But that's only if you use their initial call on pickup day. The service upon arrival was great. Chris was super pleasant to work with, it was fast and easy. Happy holidays guys!

    I went on a military base to get work done on my van, at Fire Stone. They wanted to charge over $1,000, so we left there. Then one of Redmond’s employees, Randy, had suggested I go to his work to get the part and labor, so I did. They saved me so much money. I paid a fraction of the price, it was fast service and friendly workers. I have been going back ever since then. I highly recommend this place. ~Kristy P

    I was really excited to let my car go since it had died on me months ago. I received a call saying that someone would be on their way; very prompt and professional. When Christ came to pick it up I thought I was ready. But that was far from the truth. He was very polite, understanding and lifted my spirits a bit. That was my first car and it was the only car my brother, who just passed in june, rode in with me that was mine. He said he understood how it had sentimental value as he experienced the same before. I thought he would never ride with me again but he ensures me he will always be there. A sane me would've thought that but in the midst of emotions and tears, that never passed my mind. I really needed to hear that. The money honestly did not matter anymore. As soon as I walked in, I realized I still had the key. I immediately called back to give it to the driver. However, I was told that he said to keep it. Meant the world to me. Felt like he did me a favor. Now when I get my new car I now feel like I will have a piece of my brother riding with me.     Was happy with work done till after I left notice airbag sign on dash was on for passengers side and now all the work they said they did is the same thing messing up again so Tuesday morning cars going bk and this needs to be fixed right. Told then it was transmission fluid they said no oil pan needs to be replaced well clearly I am a women and I don't know the difference between oil and transmission fluid .ha ha ha well it's red not brown agsin same as before.... transmission fluid is not brown so this time it better not be oh your transmission is messing up well I will not pay for this me and the car dealer and them will figure this out I've only had it since march9 and warranty went in 30 days so had to put out money can't afford it again.until it's fixed and normal iam not giving a good review. But I can say John did help and customer services is great.

    I went in to get a vent and climate control for my sons car. They did not know what was in their yard. Their quoted price was 75% of a new part at the dealer. The person at the desk was rude and unprofessional. Go to Crazy Rays more of a selection and the prices are less than half.

    This place is hit or miss like any other place. I’ve had good experiences and bad experiences. My final turn off was an older guy arguing with me over a fender for a 94 Honda Accord. I told him I needed one off a 4cyl model because the V6 model was slightly bigger. He assured me it would fit. It didn’t fit exactly like I told him. They wouldn’t refund my money.

    Horrible customer service, showed up with tools not knowing that they'll pull the part out for you and older gentleman gave me a nasty attitude about me not needing tools and was told to put them back in my truck, so I did with no problems. Continued to look for bumper part and once I found the part I needed the same older gentleman told me that the bumper couldn't be sold in parts??? I tried to explain to him that the younger gentleman told me the price for the part and he still refused to take part out for me. I stood there and argued with this man about it been a part that should be soldsold, I've got so enraged and had to leave before it escalated, not sure if it was a color issue with me or him just not having a good day since he had an attitude with me a first sight. happened 4/28/18

    DO NOT BUY PARTS FROM HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU!!!!! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I ordered a part when delivered it was a bad part. They replaced it with another bad part, and off the wrong make of vehicle. After all this I end up buying the part new and they said they would refund my money. When I went all the way back over there they say they " don't remember talking to me" and would only issue an instore credit after a long debate with them.

    We came in looking for mass air flow sensor for a 93 Ford Ranger I asked Devin at the counter if he had a bumper for A07 Dodge ram He said go back and go look so I go back and look and I look at all the trucks they have their and lo and behold they had the inner Fender well liners for that truck they're not even made anymore and they are an obsolete item He took them off for me they fit perfect the best used parts store in Maryland very convenient thanks very much Devin and Joe for the help

    Pretty great as far as junkyards go, lol. Lifetime warranty on starters and alternators for $50, and they pull the parts for you. They have a wide selection of vehicles too.

    Different junk yard experience. Great folks. Fresh junk on the regular but even has some 90s stuff. Not a big lot but has some gems. Decent price

    This place was schedule by the purple heart to pick up my car donation vehicle today… yet they fail to come pick up the vehicle and then when we got the purple heart and them on the line they outright lied to me regarding the pickup of the vehicle… these people will lie right to your face… do not use them Also the people I spoke to were just outright rude
