Reno Auto Wrecking is a great place to get quality used parts! I needed both an ac/heat module and a window regulator for my vehicle. Both parts were picked and tested before I got there and I was in and out fast. Both parts were installed and they both worked well! Highly recommend!

Looked up the part online to ensure they had it. Arrived and was quoted the prices I noted on the search I performed. Item as advertised. Perfect fit and exact replacement. Did have to wait a few minutes while they removed the part but no more than 5 or 10 minutes. Very satisfied and the price was quite reasonable. I always try to get parts from a wrecking yard before buying new. This yard is definitely on my A-list.

Even thought they are often busy, & you have to wait a fairly long time to get the parts you want, I feel like I'm appreciated, & treated fairly. Their prices are okay for the most part but really don't have much knowledge of the going rates for used parts. I was looking for a couple of obscure parts for my truck and wasn't feeling confident that I would find these parts locally, thinking my only option would be ordering expensive OEM replacements. On a whim I stopped at Reno Auto Wrecking. Not only did they have the parts I was looking for but the price was very reasonable. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. That was my first experience with this business but it won't be my last.

Great place with friendly helpful people...Roberto was one of the nicest people I've delt with finding/purchasing something in a LONG time! It was nice to know that there are still good people out there...my faith in humanity isn't entirely gone yet thanks to him.....I'll do business with them again for sure! Btw, I bought a complete running 6.0 engine from them...with a warranty for a very decent price...finally found someone who didn't "rake me across the coals" or try to steal everything I owned (which isn't much) or drain my bank account by stealing my info...thanks again Roberto!!

Called to purchase 4 wheels from this company. Horrible experience Did not care to help me out. Did not want to ship the parts out to me. I said I would pay for all shipping still shut the door in my face. Even said they would charge me more if I had a shipping company come to them! This is a family owned company that got off track an forgot about customer service!

This place was great. I went there yesterday (7/21/2020), 5 minutes before closing. I got to the counter and it was after 5. I could see the clerk was itching to leave work. I'm no mad, I have been in that position before. But he was professional and courteous. He didn't treat me like I had to just leave. Thank you.

Theyre were honestly kinda rude to me considering i went on a 7 hour trip from vegas to pick up a door, when i got there. Like they werent interested in helping me at all. I also asked for pictures of said door before i made this trip, 3 days in a row and never received any.

Their computer data base of cars, trucks and parts on the shelf quickly let's you know if they have the part you are looking for. I worked with Chris and he spent the time to take my contact info and called me two days later when a vehicle came in with the wheel lug nuts I needed to go with wheels I purchased off the shelf. Their prices are fair to the costumer and less then some eBay sellers.
