Drove an hr to pick up a part they told me they have and when I got here it was the wrong part. They tried to argue and convince me its the right part even do I have the correct part in my hand. They had the part I needed but refused to get it.

They are very unprofessional I run a Bussiness I called and got one price over the phone and when I get there it was a totally different price then when I get there I pay for the parts and was told to wait a hour and a half when all call to see if my parts are ready he was very rude and hung up on me after I just gave them 325$ I know the money isn’t much but the customer service is horrible there Corny attitude will have them shut down very soon

These guys are Super helpful. They have saved me and my car many times! They want you to just go there and I get it...so they aren’t running around chasing things you aren’t showing up for. Every time I go, I walk away with just the right parts! Than you for being awesome!

Don't bother, they don't want your business. Even having a conversation about what I was looking for seemed to be a bother for them. Been a long time since I've been as casually dismissed as I just was. Saw about 20 cars with what could have fit my application and was told "no we don't have anything like that" and basically laughed at. Too bad, my body shop probably could have given them alot of business.

Drove 2 hours to get there and parts weren’t off yet. Changed the price on the parts once I was there and was extremely rude. I’ll never do business there again. Strongly recommend going elsewhere if possible!!!

I called to ask about a part for my car I was trying to explain the part that I need because I am a female and don't know too much about cars the gentleman told me to get the name of the part and call him back I said I'm a female can you help me out a little bit as I'm trying to explain what I need he says no I can't very rudely..... Needless to say I called a different junkyard and they helped me out wonderfully

When I called Rossi Auto salvage someone else picked up when I explained that I was looking for Rossi Auto salvage he said hole please very rudely and then when the individual did come on no he kept insisting he didn't have anything for my vehicle so no I don't recommend them

Not many staff here so you may have to be put on hold for a while but they have tons of parts, are very knowledgable, and willing to give advice. Their prices are great too. I bough 1 item then came back 20 min later and bought 2 more different things for my car because the price was too good to pass up. I will come back here whenever I need parts for my Jeep.

Never had a problem with the guys or the lady that is there always helpful. Got many parts from there and they helped alot, searched until we found what I needed everytime.

Called in regards to a part and was told it was available. Negotiated the price with a rep on the phone and informed the rep I was only calling to make sure, because I’m an hour away. Got there and found out they were only going to sell me the part(side marker) if I purchased it with the fender- totally logical reaons. However the customer service was sincerely terrible. The rep was very unapologetic, very unprofessional, and ignorant to say the least! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
