Called 4 times over the course of a week about a bumper. Talked to multiple people who told me it’s $350. Took the time to drive AN HOUR to this place and the guy upped the price to $400. They are rude, careless, and only want to rip you off. Definitely look elsewhere and don’t give these people your time or money.

I needed to swap out my window, master switch on my Honda and not only did they have the part, he helped me install it and when I accidentally left my tool box in the lot, I came back and nothing was stolen, great yard for parts!

Called about a part and asked what’s the paint code on it (every junkyard has a note of the paint code because it’s important) my mans said “we sell parts not paint”💀💀

My entire family has been going here for years, literally 20 + years. Very clear sales and inventory, I use to come here to get used tires when I was a broke college student. Always gave me deals, my preferred auto salvage. When my car engine died a few years ago they gave a me a direct inventory and honesty.

These guys are top notch. I have been dealing with them for years. Most recently I purchased an engine and had a small issue with it, an honest mistake. The next day they had a replacement delivered. Great service which is very hard to find in the used auto parts market. Thanks again guys!

Never going back ever again. Over the phone the employee or owner (didn’t ask) was very helpful and polite. But when I got there it was like I felt unwanted and or treated like I was a kid not knowing what I was doing. the pricing is ridiculous too. I have never written a review or complained about a Business ever and I wanted to keep it like taht but unfortunately I changed my mind. If your someone that is trying to build a project car, never go to this junkyard.

I Confirmed via email and then by a phone call that part was available . Drove to get it and part is nowhere to be found after waiting 30 minutes while they scrambled. Wasted hours of my day.

Went back with my dad because he made a simple mistake about a tail light… dad couldn’t really speak because he lost his voice and the owner (I believe . An elderly man ) gave my dad an attitude and was very disrespectful , while we was giving him the utmost respect. It’s really sad. He’s gives you an attitude for no reason. Okay if we got the part two weeks ago , but you never know what people are going thru during those two weeks. We realized that we got the wrong side but his response was just terrible. My dad and I are just going to take the lost and keep the ringer tail light because that man is just soo disrespectful and disgusting. No matter how much respect you show. He comes at you like you made him mad just by showing your presences. Don’t go here. If you can’t deal with that kind of attitude.

Had a rear blowout in a junk f150 I have. Because they're generally throw away trucks not many 2wd rears were available in much of the country. Price matched scarcity unfortunately but that's how it is. I was skeptical after seeing reviews here but it's actually a decent yard. Most of the employees I think have been there for about 20 years (saw a picture on the wall) and I didn't have any issues with people being rude. Now mind you I gathered everything I needed to know and didn't ask stupid questions which goes far anywhere in the automotive world. When I arrived they let me see the part before I purchased it. The axle shafts were not loose, and they told me they pulled the cover off and made sure it looked ok. (Can't always test for those unaware) After I paid I asked a lot of questions about cars in the yard and they were nice enough to show me a few. One car (make and model kept a secret) I asked about a motor and they seem to undercut everyone else a little which is nice. While I haven't installed the rear yet because I'm waiting on Ubolts I appreciate the time and service.

Terrible customer service and they don't even know what cars they have in their yard (prob, due to terrible inventory). Don't go here if your looking for something for your car. Better off using eBay or some other website to find your part. Edit: Made a response lying smh.

Not many staff here so you may have to be put on hold for a while but they have tons of parts, are very knowledgable, and willing to give advice. Their prices are great too. I bough 1 item then came back 20 min later and bought 2 more different things for my car because the price was too good to pass up. I will come back here whenever I need parts for my Jeep.

Hi, Y'all! At that address there's an issue. I had to go to the corner gas station on DeKalb & turn into the driveway next to it. I didn't see the Rossi sign until I got nto the d'way! Here's the clincher! I had to travel up the d'way about 25 yards b4 I got to the yard's trailer. It's worth the effort. The guys are courteous, the price wz cheap (even for a yard) & it took no-time to get it. Not sure of the inventory so I'd call 1st! 👍

Rocco is upset with the world and doesn’t know how to talk to people. I refuse to give these guys another penny and I’ve done business with them for years. If you have any other options than Rossis you should definitely go there instead

These guys are amazing every time I need them they pick up the phone and help me these three brothers have been a staple in this community for so long and yes they might not be as cheerful as a cheerleader but they get stuff done and they're always willing to help you

Drove 2 hours to get there and parts weren’t off yet. Changed the price on the parts once I was there and was extremely rude. I’ll never do business there again. Strongly recommend going elsewhere if possible!!!

Called in regards to a part and was told it was available. Negotiated the price with a rep on the phone and informed the rep I was only calling to make sure, because I’m an hour away. Got there and found out they were only going to sell me the part(side marker) if I purchased it with the fender- totally logical reaons. However the customer service was sincerely terrible. The rep was very unapologetic, very unprofessional, and ignorant to say the least! I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Don't bother, they don't want your business. Even having a conversation about what I was looking for seemed to be a bother for them. Been a long time since I've been as casually dismissed as I just was. Saw about 20 cars with what could have fit my application and was told "no we don't have anything like that" and basically laughed at. Too bad, my body shop probably could have given them alot of business.

Drove an hr to pick up a part they told me they have and when I got here it was the wrong part. They tried to argue and convince me its the right part even do I have the correct part in my hand. They had the part I needed but refused to get it.

I called Rossi’s before driving over, to verify they had a replacement charger for my vehicle type, and that if i came there to purchase it, would they be able to help me put the new one in (so i could be prepared to either take someone with me who could, or not). They said “YES” they could help, and did not mention ANY sort of fee in regards to that help. Upon my arrival i was “greeted” by an older male and explained the situation to him that I’d called earlier, the price i was told, and that my battery is super big so may need help with it, he went to look at it and immediately exclaims that it’s too big he doesn’t have a battery for me and it’s a “$250-300 battery”....i explain to him i don’t need a battery as big as the one in there currently, and I’ll take what he has at the price he gave over the phone. He then asks me how I’m gonna take it out and put it in and i said that i was told they would be able to help with that. He laughs in my face, and very rudely exclaims that they would never say that, they don’t do free work, they don’t do “favors” and that it’s an additional $25 fee to just change the battery aside from the battery fee. He was so unapologetically RUDE and dismissive about it it just seemed as though he rather not even have my business than deal with a customer who looks like me. Might i mention i am also a business owner, i understand how business works and i never expected a handout, i simply wanted to be told the correct information, and treated with respect. At Rossi’s i got neither.

Needed windshield replaced on my F150. Windshield was delivered next day and installed in a very timely manner. Overall I think they did a very good job on the installation and I have had zero problems since. I would highly recommend this Shop for your repair needs.
