I scheduled to have a forklift picked up and delivered with Brianna. We had agreed that she would pickup on Thursday 4/7/22. I called her on Thursday to confirm and she stated she needed to push it out to Friday 4/8. I agreed and told my customer they would pickup Friday. The truck never showed up and now they are dodging my calls. They have my credit card on file and I need to get this forklift picked up. Had my truck in their lot for a couple days, come to find out they used my debit card for a $100 pizza run. No one else had access to my card at that time other than them, since my wallet was left there. Shameful and dishonest, and a expensive bill to boot.

We just had major flooding in bridgeport pa a natural disaster that was out of our control. This company towed vehicles that were damaged in the flood and are making people pay to get their vehicles from their lot. These people prolly have a lot more they have to pay for they basically lost everything and now have to pay for their own cars as well. Not ok you guys should've stayed strong behind bridgeport not extort them in an emergency have some heart and for everybody else dont use this company because they dont care if you just lost everything they'll still find a way to get over on you.Service: Car towing

AAA sent them out for battery service last April. I should have gotten free battery replacement but they charged me. January battery is dead. February 2x in a week the battery is dead. Last guy that came out is showing me a loose battery connect on my car. All of a sudden after they were the only ones touching the car and battery. Of course no help from them or AAA. I needed a flatbed tow for my 4x4 SUV this past weekend. AAA sent Alex from this company. Alex arrived in 10 minutes and carefully put my truck on the flatbed. He then delivered the truck to the dealership that was about 20 miles away.I was very satisfied with Alex and Jamison's towing. Great service! Took a while. When driver got there it went great. Very professional,and friendly.

I was stranded on an off ramp overpass which was extremely dangerous. It was even more dangerous to walk away from my car because there was nowhere to go but walk on major highways with snow and small shoulders. This place is a scam. Vehicles get towed here after accidents and you're told that you have 30 days to claim the vehicle otherwise you get charged for storage fees. Turns out you get charged for storage trees no matter what. Like all towing companies this one is definitely shady.

Driver was very nice and helpful when he arrived but on the phone the office told me 25 min, then another 45 min, then 15, then 15. 1 hour and a half later I’m still sitting in a parking lot with a locked car and dying phone. Just tell me your drivers are busy so I can call someone else. Unprofessional.
