Best I have ever seen this place! Organized and clean! You can tell the new lady runs a tight ship. Fast service no lines both times I have been there this month! It had been a few years since my last visit. Thousand times better than the other places in town for sure!

I would give this a zero if I could. Rude staff and no guidance for first timers at all.They have put me off recycling entirely, and in future, all my aluminum cans go in the garbage.I waited for over an hour for someone to assist me, during which time 3 other people arrived, all of whom she assisted first because the woman in the front office didn't bother to tell me that I was supposed to DRIVE around the back, not walk.VERY condescending and rude.Will NEVER go back, there or to any other recycling center.

Not for the casual recycler. If you've only got a few hundred pounds, prepare to be treated like you're wasting their time.

Perfect customer service very helpful they explain things in great detail and they are very polite and customer orientated

I haven't been in a while but I've had good experiences with the place. The guys are fair to work with and friendly enough. Just focus on what your there for and your experience should be fine.

This business is not trustworthy. I am an out of town contractor and dealt with a buyer named Matt who provided quotations to purchase scrap metal. When I received the final settlement in the mail, Sims paid roughly half of the price they quoted. I have since given them an opportunity to right the wrong and they have done nothing. CHOOSE ANY OTHER SCRAP YARD BEFORE CALLING SIMS!!

Because I caught them cheating out of a pound the said I'm not allowed back there anymore because I complain to much...This ain't the first time this place is ridiculous because you tell them their scales are off, and because they cheat people and the ones that call them on their bull you get kicked out of the place ..thays not a good way to do business at all.

Poor customer service to say the least!!!! Employees all have an attitude tword the custermers. The lady in the office is rude as they come . I would strongly advise using a different scrapping company.
