Lots of information, people are nice checking in when asked which vehicle working on. But be prepared with tool's. Nice that they are bilingual as well. They are on winter hours so close at 415 no more entries and by 440 must be checked out they close doors n gates by 5pm!!

This place caters only to those who have no idea there is such thing as the internet. The prices for used un tested or guaranteed parts are way higher then ordering brand new parts with 100 percent money back guarantee shipping included. Its a darn shame. Im done with pick and pull for good. No brain, no pain.

I always take things over the top some times. The reps at the gate printed the locations of all the compatible cars for me. I used their parts carts they provide to get body parts for my poor little Prius. A very positive experience. I have to install my fog lights at home. I did this work in the shade of their parking lot!
