I purchased transmission was quoted one price then upon purchasing unit price was 400 more, trying to understand economy i resolved to just pay for item due to rareness, after shop installed transmission didn't work, had shop open transmission to see if repairable and was notified transmission had been bad for quite some time and fluid was just drained and new fluid put in to make appear to be a low mileage 70000 mile unit, very disappointing in such tough times,hope this helps anyone considering buying from them your taking a gamble if its what they say it is

I looked up a part on car parts.com, For $75. I Called and paid with a credit card, They delivered the wrong part. When i called them he said oh that one is $125 because its the rear. I looked elsewhere and found it for $50. I called to cancel the order and he said he could not refund me because it was already taken off the vehicle. I called the bank to have it canceled and they told the bank this part was delivered.The audacity of this guy still trying to blame me for wrong part, when i looked my part up on carparts.com and as the consumer i knew what i was looking for.Long story short........ BE WARE of these people they gave me a credit, but everything is so much over priced that it is still cheaper to buy somewhere else without using there credit.

Horrible service he just steals your money and is very rude to customers. I would recommend look somewhere else. This place isn’t worth your money. They are frauds and just want you to make business with you and don’t want to do what they said they would. Don’t buy the warranty at all because it’s just a waste of money. Bought an engine and the thermostat housing was cracked and the threads for the bolts were stripped. Bad parts I do not recommend this spot.

This place is a joke. Car was in the shop for more than 8 months only to have the same issue upon return. Extremely unprofessional. Your better off Youtubing a solution. Would be 0 Stars if possible. My car was in the shop pre covid and have a vaccine now (to put the time frame into perspective) but no work done with my car correctly.

This place is a joke.. I talked to 3 different people about getting a part they sent the wrong one 2 times I informed them I was coming from out of state to get the part.. They told me on Friday they would have it by Monday them when I called they gave me the run around saying we can just give you the money back. There are way more professional places to deal with save yourself the headache.

They find my part that I need that I've been looking for almost a month customer service is good I will recommend if anybody looking for parts call these people that will help you and we'll find whatever part that you're looking for

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!I give it no stars, I got an instrument cluster for my truck and it makes a high pitch sound I changed it right in the parking lot to make sure it works and I came back and told them, the guy came to my truck and listened and told me there’s no high pitch sound and said to me “must be something I was smoking”. I recorded the sound and played it on my phone so he can here it and then he finally admitted that he hears it. Telling me I was smoking something and he told me something was wrong with me Because he doesn’t hear it then admits he hears it. Bad business

Be aware of this junk yard !!!!!They are selling parts that are not tested and defective in my case.I purchase an A/C condenser thaw was licking all over. Staff was not helpful working towards refunding the money,end up paying $45 restocking fee and paying the auto shop for installing it.My first time experience buying from them was not good.
