I recently went to Cozzi Recycling -Public for my very first time scrapping metal, and I have to say it was super seamless. The whole process was incredibly easy: you just go in, unload your metal, they weigh it, and they pay you. In and out, no hassle at all. Plus, the people there were really nice and helpful, which made the whole experience even better!

I love going to Cozzi Recycling in Melrose Park. Finding their entrance is difficult for some so here are the directions:<br>- From York Road in Elmhurst take St. Charles Road east and continue past 25th Street.<br>- When you reach 19th Street, turn left (heading north).<br>- Proceed north until you cross the rail road tracks and then turn left (heading west).<br>- Proceed down this street until it ends and Cozzi will be on your left.<br>- Drive right inside and pull right up to one of the yellow post markers (so your front bumper is even with the one of these yellow post markers, this is important!)<br>- Caution, you may get a flat while inside of the Cozzi Recycling building due to screws, nails, etc all over the ground inside the main building.
