Would give 0 stars if I could. Very unprofessional. My 18yr old daughter called this morning for a bumper and was told $150.00 called again later to confirm the price and was given the same $150.00 price. Husband called to see how much the same part was through our business and was told it would be $250.00. My daughter went there to pick it up and they then told her it was $200.00. Either you guys can't get your crap together on what the exact price is on a bumper or yall just enjoy taking advantage of young people. Will definitely take our business somewhere else.

They had the parts I wanted, but the manager is disrespectful and unkind. I paid over $700 in parts and I wanted to return some parts that I was no longer need them and I was aware of the %20 restocking fee, he told me to not come over here again? Add racism to that. I'm very unsatisfied with their service. Among all the salvage yards that I have visited across the nation I've never met anyone like him. It's a shame that he is the owner. I do not recommend this place

Horrible horrible service - was just trying to get clarification on a part to make sure it was the same one my insurance recommended for a repair. Man on the phone told me I was too difficult for them and complicated and that they were refusing me service. He then hung up on me. They should be ashamed to act this way as a business, let alone as grown adults.

The people at Turner Auto Salvage are professional as well as helpful, they've always treated me right and were very kind in assisting me and my needs. They've always had good prices on the parts I needed and they too are very professional.... they take their jobs very seriously and have always been kind.

Won't warranty there parts. Been waiting for an answer for months on a part that cost me 2200 dollars that lasted a week. Had to pay for another part for 2200 but said they would refund my money after the got the part back and checked in. I've called 20x to just get the same answer of let me check on it and I'll get back with you. So now I'm 4400 into my truck when I could have bought brand new for 3400. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WITH YOUR PURCHASE!!!!!

Severely disappointed with this place. I called early in the morning and asked if they had the part I needed, and told them I was coming. (I Live hours away) And when I got there, they told me that it would be days before they could pull the part from the car for me. After I already drove hours from town to get there. My worst experience with a salvage yard yet. Highly disappointed.

I have to say that I was totally impressed from the initial call all the way thru the process. At no time did anyone talk or look at me as I was an idiot because, well, I don't go to salvage yards ever and had no clue what the hell I was doing, yet these folks made me feel like family. If ever you need help with used auto parts because you want to prove that you can turn a wrench, then this is your place. I learned more about what I needed to do from Joe, I think his name, helping locating and pulling the part for me. These folks get 5 Stars for their service. They also get my name behind this recommendation.

It’s really like 0 stars!!! MIKE IS RUDE!! I called turners to get a transmission for a 1998 gmc Sonoma they had one listed online for $450 with a core! I called them and they said they had it there I informed them I would be up there the next day to pick up the transmission the lady said that would work!! I than drove a hour and a half to get there to be told the transmission hasn’t been pulled out of the truck yet that it would be next week on Tuesday or Wednesday! So I waited and called them Monday to see if the transmission was going to be ready get the next day and they said will be ready Wednesday! So I drove up there Wednesday and they informed me instead of the truck it was supposed to come out of it came out of a jimmy which would still work! Told me it has been checked twice and the put a new torque converter on it for me so I got it home my mechanic come over and refused to put it in the truck it was cracked and a bad transmission! I than drove back the same day and was told by MIKE THEY DONT SELL BAD PARTS! HE WAS RUDE! the guy that work with had to tell him to shut up! Got money back will not go back to them!!

These people are not trustworthy! I told Mike I needed a front, drivers side, hydrogen light for my car. It took his worker a lengthy amount of time before he brought it in. That didn’t bother me I knew it was probably taking awhile to remove light from the vehicle. I paid 300.29 w/tax for one front hydrogen light …. I thought that was very high price but didn’t question it. Paid & left. Got home and my mechanic came to the house to put light on. He said light was for the right side, not drivers side. A small piece was broke off the back and he wondered why they didn’t put their mark on there. Those were things my mechanic told me. I had to drive along way but took the light back to Turners to exchange for the left side. Didn’t think at all there would be a problem to exchange. Mike blew up saying , This was not bought from Turners !! He blew my mind!! I had my invoice papers in my hand and gave them to him. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I paid 329.00 and they gave me the wrong light. I can’t help if they forgot to put their mark on it. Everybody makes mistakes and THEY DIDNT put their mark on that light !!! Plus his worker must have broke the back of it taking it off the vehicle. I’m a woman I didn’t know to check. I thought I could trust them !!!!! I DID BUY THAT LIGHT FROM MIKE himself ! And they had the left light right there. He showed it to me. But wouldn’t swap! I called around to other places trying to find me another hydrogen light. I’ve found out a BRAND NEW one cost 192.00 . HE OVER CHARGED me over 100.00 for a used. They messed me up by not giving me the right side. He’s a sorry person . He had to remember me buying it. Plus I gave him receipt. Turners was the only place I shopped for this light. I had not shopped anywhere else. BUT NEVER AGAIN. He’s a rude, hateful person. And by the way. I did find another light at another selvage yard for 90.00 !!! Turners is a rip off ! WARNING ⚠️

We purchased a radio. When it came, the screen was broken. We tried working with it, to no avail, we couldn't sell it as is. My manager called Charles Newport, he told him to send it back and he will refund us. We paid $135 total. $100 for the radio and $35 for freight. We shipped it back through our UPS account. It cost us $16. He refunded us $100. When my manager called him to inquire about the shipping, he hung up on my manager three times. When he finally decided to talk, he told my manager he doesn't refund for freight. But why did he charge us $35 for UPS freight when it only cost us $16 for the same exact freight service? Why should we pay for freight period when the item we ordered wasn't supposed to be broken? Very bad customer service. This is business to business, imagine how he treats regular customers.

I called and spoke to the guy who works at the front desk just now because I was needing a paper stating my husband no longer works for him anymore, and he absolutely refused to give me anything stating he no longer worked there. He was very rude and very unprofessional, that is not the way you speak to people or the way you treat them. Remember to be kind because you never know what someone is going through ! My husband quit because he is sick and has something medically wrong with him that Prevented him from coming back to work but that didn’t matter to the guy I spoke to ! All he cared about is that my husband quit 😡 My husband has always been a hard worker all his life and has never been the type of person to not work until he didn’t have a choice

*long review but worth the read* This place is a joke!!! I called asking about the price for a rear end. They told me $500 + tax. Ok cool. I get down there and it's $500+tax then they added a $100 core charge. I bite the bullet and paid almost $700 for what I was told would be $550. I go to get it loaded and one of their "mechanics" tell me that they drain the oil, check all the gears inside, then reseal it. Make sure to put gear oil in it but all the gears are good. Ok awesome! A little pricey but atleast it's been gone through and I know it's good. WRONG WONG WRONG I take it to a highly rated diesel repair shop in Lenoir city. They do the swap for $1100. The seal started leaking oil before it ever left the parking lot. I drive it down the road and back and there is bad vibration coming from the rear end. Shop said to leave it they will check the gears and reseal it in the morning. Next morning they tell me that the rear end has bad wear marks, chips off some of the teeth, and looks like it's been slipping. But my ujoint is pretty worn out so it could be that. Replace the ujoint and hardware. Go down the road. Still vibrating. Had to hope and pray to make it home (almost lebanon) going 50 mph max without it being unbearable. So now I can either 1. Drop this rear end, exchange it for another one and pay another $1100 for the swap. And pray that rear end is good. Or 2. Pay someone to take the guts out of my old rear end and put into this one. (The gears in my rear end are good, I snapped an axle and busted the spindle tube) Either way I'm out 1500-2000 Just in labor because they sold me a bad rear end. This place might be ok for tires, calipers, axles, something small. But I would never recommend buying anything big from this place. Especially something one of their yard dog "mechanics" have claimed to gone through and everything looks good.

The people were friendly enough. We wanted a wheel/tire and they only had the wheel. Also needed rear light lens. Price for a new one was double the price of both places that we checked on line. Just makes me wonder if that is the case with all of their product.

Very rude took me 5 mins to grab a part with their workers then Charles proceeded to to the worker it came off a good engine to go put it back and grab one from somewhere else so drove around the lot for an hour tell we finally found another one then try to charge me $50 knowing he was the one screaming at his workers for his own screw up

Terrible business practices. Shipped a broken non functioning radio, auto wrecker to auto wrecker. We had to pay for return shipping. That cost us $16.87 with UPS. They only credited my card $100 and the original transaction was $135. I called to inquire and spoke with the owner Charles Newport why we were not refunded in full. After hanging up on me 3 times, the last time he told me to kiss his white A$$... I would not recommend anyone use this establishment. Very rude and unprofessional. For a place that has been in business for 60+ years, Im embarrassed for them.

I just tried to call to speak with the owner, he answered, told me he was the owner & threw me in hold. I was calling to let him know one of his drivers, with a full load & 1 in tow tried to run me off the road on John Bragg Hwy at approx 12:43. I was in the left hand lane because my turn was coming up & wasn't moving fast enough for him so he swerved around me & cut very close back over on top of me. With the weather conditions I feel that is careless driving & wanted him to be aware of what his drivers are doing.

Horrible customer service and horrible knowledge of parts. Called on the phone looking for a diff housing to find the price was higher than advertised. I reluctantly said okay ill buy it and ship it here. Right after I gave my card number and address he said he was going to pass on this transaction. I continued to ask why after my card was already swiped and was given a firm "you don't know what your talking about or what part your looking for Thank you" and a hang up. I called back and asked if my part was being shipped or not and all he said was "I have to go check on something I've got your number". Needless to say I contacted my bank and blocked all transactions coming from this place. Garbage service. Horrible knowledge of parts. Hope this place goes out of business.

Bought a transmission. Was pulled same day and they delivered it to my local salvage yard for free the next day! Had the trans installed w/in a few hours and runs out great. Terrible customer service! My husband called about a part and told the man when he would be there if he wanted to go ahead and pull it. The man told my husband "I'll get to it when j get to it" after he'd explained he worked night shift and would be coming to get the part after work. My husband called him put for being hateful and he was told "i wasn't being hateful, we're short staffed" obviously that's all that needed to be said, he didn't have to make the remark he did prior. My husband called back today to see if the part had been pulled, he was told again by the same man "I have not" and had a very rude tone again. Don't work with the public if you can't have better customer service skills.

Be careful doing business here! These people DO NOT care about their customers. I purchased a set of used tires for my pickup for $250.00. The sales rep assured me that if there was a problem bring them back because we were uncertain that the tires would fit. I later discovered that they would not fit. After the weekend I went to return the tires. No problem. I returned the following week and their demeanor had completely changed and was only greeted by rude and hateful attitudes. The sales rep that had been so friendly and assuring before pretended he didn't even know me. After about 5 minutes of hateful intimidation I was told to return the next day if I wanted a refund. I returned the following day and after more hatefulness they reluctantly agreed to refund my purchase but informed me that I was being charged a $50.00 "restocking fee" and proceeded to treat me as if I were a criminal. I was completely shocked at this business bullying me over my purchase and I would have been a customer for life. Please consider any other options necessary before dealing with these thugs! This is exactly why I do not support local businesses in Warren County Tennessee and why I've filed a report with the BBB and will seek consumer advocacy by any means possible. Shame on this business for intimidating and bullying potential customers. Tables turn and another lesson hard learned.

Horrible customer service. I ordered a knuckle assembly and only received spindle without hub bearing.Spoke to the owner who was very rude and stated he sells hub bearing separate. Guy hang up the phone in the middle of our conversation. I should have checked Turner's Google reviews before purchasing part.

Knowledgeable counter staff. First part they got for me might have worked but it wasn't exactly the right part. Took me out in the yard itself and got the right part. Then he put it in my trunk and fastened it down. All this for a reasonable price. Great place to visit. Great service.

I went out there and stupidly did not call first, but they did still have the part I needed. They let me go out in the yard with one of their guys, Dwayne. They had Brandon come out and in about 3-5 mins they had the fender off, and brought it back and loaded into my truck for me. Pricing was awesome, and Mike Whitaker took care of me. Having spent a bit of time in scrap yards in my younger years this was probably the best yard I have come across.
