    Today's 1 star is a sad day. Normally it's a 5 star. But Today's visit is a bad one i got stuck behind a train right next to the shop for over 30 minutes I arrived tools in hand and know exactly what I need and what they had at 4:31 pm 12/10/2024 they told me that they closed up at 4:30.

    My husband can’t say enough good about U-Pull It. FRIENDLY and helpful staff, clean atmosphere and prices are good…. At both Yakima and Pasco locations! We travel 3++ hours to buy our engines and transmissions here. It’s nice to actually go to a wrecking yard where the staff is actually friendly! A++

    Heaven on earth for me. You can pull your own parts and do it the way you want it done. Total freedom in the yard. It's awesome! Also, you only pay once per day and you have free admission as long as they're open for that day.

    They have a great selection of autos and related parts! Would recommend a visit for those do it yourself repairs.

    I drove three hours to this junk yard after calling a day prior to confirm they had the part I needed. I even asked what time they closed, and was told 6 PM, which is also what the hours posted on their windows state. However, when I arrived at 5:12 PM, the doors were still open, but two employees completely ignored us as we walked in. They didn’t even look us in the face, simply saying, “We closed, man.” When we pointed out that the window said they closed at 6, one of them quickly replied, “Well, it’s Sunday, I close at 5.” This location recently updated their hours online, yet they are still incorrect. It’s ridiculous how they acted just to get out a little early. Their behavior was completely unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend wasting your time with this place, especially if you’re coming from a distance.

    You pull it, and deal with our attitudes! Here at U-Pull-It, we will be sure to give you the wrong advice while we provide the minimum of customer service and talk down to you in the process. Really, it was a terrible experience and the two men in the shop were pretty rude. They have some good parts, but don't expect to get any service or advice.

    Clean and organized lot. I got a seat, headlights, ac lines and more for a very reasonable price. People working the counter were easy going and the coffee was pretty good to for free coffee. Will use them again, plus the yard porta poty were actually clean unlike other yards.

    Was told to wait a week for this truck to come in only to be told it had been there a week. Was needing help with retrieving the part. Didnt get any. They still took my money to get in though. They lost all my bussiness from now on.

    If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I called up the pasco location with a unique situation where I needed pretty much everything under the hood of the car I was working. I worked with Jeremy who was amazing to work with and got me everything I needed to quickly get my car back on the road. What a great experience. Will for sure be taking my business there in the future!

    Great experience with the guys here. A friend called me n let me know there was a car I needed to look at here. So I went and looked was shocked. The car was amazing! Next day I bought a great Volvo that had a salvaged title! Unbelievable! This car was insurance totaled. But it's clean and damage is minimal! Rubbing compound pretty much fixed it. Runs perfect and I absolutely love love LOVE my new to me V50 It's freaking Polestar tuned Volvo! Thanks guys! Also a friend recently bought very nice set of used tires for his truck for $300.

    I had nothing but bad luck with this out fit. The first engine they sold me had water and gunk build up in a spark plug cylinder they previously said they checked... now they swapped a different engine that was nice of then however the years are not compatible making this a real problem for me the wire harness and hoses don't plug in.. Very disappointing they have the technology to know if a engine was compatible and they obviously didn't care. By the way I called to work this out and now for 3 plus weeks they won't return my calls.

    Very disappointed in my interaction with U-Pull-It. Decided to take my son to the salvage yard to pick a part for a project we are working on. Could have got it online but wanted to teach him about the salvage yard. On the way there we even had a conversation about supporting local businesses because they are much more customer service oriented and it supports the community. We got there at 4:36, was told by worker we had an hour, spent nearly an hour finding it and getting it out. Took it up to the register at 532pm. This same worker said he closed his register and only was taking cash which we didn't have. Said he wouldn't open it back up cause they "closed at 5:30". He acknowledged he knew we were still in the yard but he didn't care. He said he wouldn't take anything but cash. So I had to leave the part there that we spent an hour getting. What kind of business treats local customers this way?

    they can't answer simply, if they have the part you're looking for and to add insult to injury they charge for you to confirm the part you need is in their inventory. I haven't returned.

    Great prices, cool staff. Always satisfied when I go pull. And the signage inside is breathtaking. Gravele yard makes pulling easy and stress free, glad we have a modern "u-pull it yard,in our town! Bonus info. They also told me they now get many new/used vehicles per week.

    The latest you can get in to u pull it before they stop letting people go back to the yard of cars is I believe 430 or 5 o'clock o I can't remember which time it is and they close at exactly 6 o'clock I believe. Don't quote me though. I'm gonna have to go back there and double check to see if my times are correct or not. But I truly do feel like those are the right times. If I'm wrong about anything I'll be sure to make corrections to this review.

    Tried go just to see of they had a transmission. Already called and they had car type. 15 before close not trying buy anything and they wouldn't let me look to see if it has a transmission. Or go look and tell me if it had a trans. Why would they say you can come see if they don't let you in?

    Shop here quite a bit, but the lot is never picked up. You'd think a $2 entry fee would go toward employing someone to pick up or take parts back. I make sure not to make a mess, and always work cleanly, but it's irritating having to wade through garbage in around the vehicles. I know not everyone is respectful of this but it would go a long way. As for parts that aren't wanted at time of purchase (with no cost listed online), Why not use entrance fee to pay for an employee to return parts to vehicles? There are other places to take my business.

    Most vehicles on the lot are pretty stripped already. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for in what they had. I did manage to make my repairs using some compatible parts from other cars on the lot. In short don't expect to find what you need and be ready to look for alternatives.

    They are really nice here and I LOVE that their prices for the parts are listed online--no matter the vehicle type/yr. You want a fuel pump for an older suv? $30! You want a fuel pump for a newer mini van instead? $30! We just scored a fuel pump for $30 compared to $500-$950! They just saved our bacon
