I've used this company three times now and will continue to use them whenever I need my car towed away. They have been accomodating and have always kept our scheduled pick up times. The tow driver is really cool and trustworthy. They mailed me a payment when they said they might. I was quite surprised. I recommend this business.

The times we have gone there or called for parts, have indeed been the worst. There is no customer services at all. I believe the employee try to do a great job with customer services, however the owner is the one who is rude and unprofessional. It appears as if he does not appreciate his customers and or doesn't care for them at all. I hope to see management change at this place however if it does not this business might not continue to be successful.

Bad treatment. Untrustworthy. EXPENSIVE! I went there once and I will never go again. I felt they looked down on me. They had no clue I had almost $2000 cash on my pocket I could spend at the store. They should treat people better. They had everything I wanted but they wanted to charge me for everything new. They dont let you walk the yard unless you are babyseated by an employee. If you want to have a bad, intimidating customer experience this is the place to go.I honestly wonder how they make money!

I called to get my car towed and the guy on the phone was very rude. When asked why he was being rude said employee continued to be a dick. I do not recommend going to this place unless you want be treated badly. Horrible customer service. Employees obviously need some training on how to treat a customer.

They are a great place to get car part and the do have a employee who walks with u so u do t gr hurt it is car yard

The owner Leonard Moore is rude and disrespectful my mother and I went into his business and I explained to my mother how the process worked of getting rid of a car an my mother said "ok so if I sign the title over imma get my money when the driver arrives I just wanna make sure" the owner Leonard said "you need to find someone you trust to do business with" and would no longer work with my mother I recommend pasco auto wrecking

Would not take hundreds of feet of tightly rolled wire fence. Not even for free.
