I've used this company three times now and will continue to use them whenever I need my car towed away. They have been accomodating and have always kept our scheduled pick up times. The tow driver is really cool and trustworthy. They mailed me a payment when they said they might. I was quite surprised. I recommend this business.

Bad treatment. Untrustworthy. EXPENSIVE! I went there once and I will never go again. I felt they looked down on me. They had no clue I had almost $2000 cash on my pocket I could spend at the store. They should treat people better. They had everything I wanted but they wanted to charge me for everything new. They dont let you walk the yard unless you are babyseated by an employee. If you want to have a bad, intimidating customer experience this is the place to go. I honestly wonder how they make money!

I called to get my car towed and the guy on the phone was very rude. When asked why he was being rude said employee continued to be a dick. I do not recommend going to this place unless you want be treated badly. Horrible customer service. Employees obviously need some training on how to treat a customer.
