I never imagined I would say, the day my car broke down and was stranded in the middle of nowhere, a day I hope to never forget. My dad and I were driving from Michigan to Denver when the plug to my oil tank completely fell off. I didn't consider road tripping on a holiday weekend an issue. I regret saying we called AAA, Subaru, among others for help and everyone offered us few options. My dad informed me he found someone who would pick us up and he said he had a really good feeling about this guy. Little did I know what I was in for. Mark from Zielke towing was a literal angel. I had a real life Bruce Almighty, is this Morgan Freeman moment. He was a sigh of relief the moment he arrived. Mark assured me that he was going to do everything possible to get us back on the road and boy did he. Not only was the towing experience beyond, he took us to Zielke's repair shop where he got to work on my car immediately. Before that, we was hot on the phone calling people to problem shoot my car issue and figure out solutions. ON A SUNDAY and HOLIDAY WEEKEND another employee or possible owner of the shop, swung by with his kids in car and delegated a solution. It was one of the most phenomenal experiences I've had in my life. I had little hope we would continue our journey home but within a hour or two we were well on our way. It gave my dad and I something to talk about on repeat for 20 hours. They literally saved us. The only down side to the experience is I live in Denver and that I can't regularly visit these guys and have my car worked on by them. I still regret not giving Mark a big hug. He gave me so much more than a safe car that got me home but instilled that there are still good people out in the world just wanting to help each other. Because of Mark I will continue to pay it forward many times over. Mark went above and beyond and had me smiling throughout the entire experience. He not only showed me how he fixed the problem but taught me a lot about my car and how to demand good quality work, which can be hard if you're a girl! If your car is going to break down, fingers crossed it's near Benton Harbor so you can call Zielke's and experience Mark's spirit. Big thank you to Mark & E! These guys went out of their way on a busy, rainy, cold Friday night to get to me & help me out of a huge jam. Their phones were ringing non stop with calls and they answered all of them and were very polite and quick to change my tire. Mark took the time to give me instructions on how to drive on the donut and called to make sure I was safe! I was very impressed & am very grateful. Reasonable price too. Stay safe out there on the road folks. If your in trouble Ile pray you find guys like Zielke.

On the side of the road? Hope not, but if so, guarantee they are the solution you need! From the time we called, Mark treated us like family. The tow truck & Randy quickly reached us, he let us warm up in the truck and gave us a tow to the shop.. from there Mark dove right action, unbending our rim and putting on a new tire to get us back on the road safely. As a mother with an 8- month old in tow, feeling very thankful for the care, hard work, and willingness to give us their valuable time on a Sunday evening! Blessed that we called these Small-town USA heroes, Mark and Randy.

After getting a flat tire late at night, Mark was very quick to respond. He towed us back to the shop where they happened to have a unique tire for my AWD vehicle. FIVE STARS! Mark is so helpful and kind! I hit a pothole on the highway on a Sunday evening and my tire went flat immediately. Despite the day and time being far less than ideal, Mark made sure I still got towed to a safe location as quickly and carefully as possible. 10 OUT OF 10, RECOMMEND!!!My fiancé and I were traveling to Texas when our truck broke down on us. It was a Saturday and most auto shops weren’t open until Monday. However, this auto shop was a LIFESAVER! First of all, the whole staff there was amazing!!! Laurie, the front desk receptionist, was incredibly nice! The young man who came out to tow us to the shop and Jason, the owner, was completely willing to help us out and even allowed us to bring our small dog along with us and wait inside until our truck was fixed.Jason diagnosed the problem and had us on our way quickly! Always get great service with this company I have used them 3 times hope not for a fourth time but if so I will be calling Mark the best in the business this is genuinely a great guy always trying to inform or remind people they may have tow service with their insurance he has great communication skills when you are done with him there is no guess work involved he has already informed you of the process before the tow even happens I would use over and over and for sure recommend . We got a flat tire while heading out of town for the weekend. Mark towed us, helped us quickly get a tire, installed the tire and we were on our way while barely noticing the delay in our trip.
