It took them a month to drop off the trash can. At that time they said they would come up the driveway to pick up the trash since my grandmother is disabled. It's been 3 weeks and no one has picked up her trash. I've called and spoke with someone numerous times, nothing has changed. I will be canceling my grandmother's trash service with them. Not sure how they stay in business with such terrible customer service.

I have never in my life experienced such horrible service with something as simple as picking up trash. They were over a month late on even delivering our trash bin and now another months gone by and we haven’t had any pick up, we’re stuck having to transport our garbage because ours is still full. They always give the run around whenever we call “oh it will be Friday “ 3 fridays later, nothing. Call and ask for a manager “they’re not here right now sorry we can have them call you back “ NEVER ONCE HAVE WE RECEIVED A PHONE CALL.. currently looking for someone else because this is just plain BADService: Junk removal

Called in August, asked for a 2 yd dumpster for residential. As far as I knew they were the only ones that serviced my area. Told me I would have a contract by the end of the day in my email but there was a 5 to 6 week wait on the dumpster. Never got the contract but I waited 3 or 4 weeks thinking maybe they'll send it when they deliver the dumpster. Neither ever happened. Called again 6 more times between than and today. Every time "I will have you a contract by end of day" "If it isn't going to happen I will call and let you know". Not one time have they returned a call, sent a contract or a dumpster. Until today. When I called and asked for the owner this morning the same girl answered that I spoke w Monday and asked for my phone number and email AGAIN. I told her no and hung up. Apparently they found it because someone called me back ab 20 minutes later, said they needed my info and were moving me to the top of the list and I wouldnt have to wait long. I found a other that is able to service my area and went w them. The new company had sent me a contract and handled it before this company had even got the contract to me after 7 attempts to throw my money at these people.
