I would like everyone to know what a worthless excuse for a person the owner of this shop is. We have a 1996 Chevy Blazer it needed a complete new engine. We took it and had a quote done. We were quoted one price and were charge another, of course mush higher at the end of all the repairs done. But then they replaced the whole motor and radiator but did not bother to replace the radiator fan…. That is plastic!! Why would you put an old fan back on a brand new motor and radiator??? Well they did!! And the fan of course shattered and went through the new radiator. So we took it back and he charged us 600$ plus to replace a 201$ radiator and fan that should have been replaced in the original job. Now he didn’t mind running the original job price up because of additional work but he did think to put a new $75 fan on a new radiator and motor. After we spent over 6000$ to begin with. Well guess what yesterday due to the same shoddy work the radiator needs replaced AGAIN!!! By the way a new radiator at OReillys is 201$. I have photos of the shroud rubbing a hole in the radiator because it was not secured properly. I will be calling the BBB and the attorney general to report this business. If you want further details it have plenty of photos and my husband can explain it totally as to what, why and how this business caused us to need a 3rd new radiator. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They got me in quickly and the price was very reasonable. Way cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been. Bonus. They have a really fat dog for you to pet. Thank you, Trousdale Parts!

Trousdale parts I've got a lot of good help and I buyer my tires there I know when Mason gets done the job is done right the tires are balanced and the wheels are clean I would recommend anybody to stop there we'll see how good they are
