When I wrecked my truck, and they were my first call, but were super busy. I called a few more services and none answered until I accidentally called S&S back. They made time to come out and recover my truck within a couple hours. The driver that came out was super friendly and patient. Definitely would recommend S&S to anyone that needs a tow.

If I could give Doug and S&S Towing 10 stars, I would. In the middle of a -41°F deep freeze and the holiday rush, Doug was a literal lifesavers. I initially had to tell him no while he was already on his way because my rental company (Avis) gave me false hope of help. When that fell through a few hours later, I reached out to Doug directly. Without a second thought, he agreed to come back out in life-threatening temperatures to help us. He towed our rental safely from Pike’s Waterfront Lodge to Glacier Garage with a very fair and clearly stated fee—no hidden 'emergency' surprises. Doug even went above and beyond by trying to jump-start the car one last time and calling the repair shop ahead of time to let them know it likely just needed a thaw. In a season where every other company was 'too busy,' Doug showed true character and professionalism. If you are stuck in Fairbanks, call Doug. He is the best in the business.

Cannot recommend S&S Towing enough!! We’ve used them multiple times now and have been lucky enough to get the same driver, Doug, who has provided fast and super friendly service every time! They’re quick too, to us in less than 30 mins every time! Having to tow a truck whose tire has come completely off the truck isn’t easy and Doug finds creative and safe ways to do it!
