Dana at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done, and most importantly, why. Will absolutely be my new go-to for my car's maintenance!

A huge shout‑out to two of my favorite people at Ashland Garage. Dana always finds a way to brighten the day with her incredible customer service, and Ricky went above and beyond to treat me like family while explaining the repairs I needed. Right before Christmas, I got a repair quote from another shop closer to home, and the number nearly knocked the wind out of me. I ended up driving 40 minutes in the opposite direction to Ashland Garage — and it was absolutely worth the trip. They gave me a clearer, more honest explanation of the repairs, which helped me understand the cost and made me realize the other place was trying to take advantage of me. I was able to split that cost more than half. It scares me to think how many people feel like they don’t have any other options. I’m sharing this because I want folks to know that you do have another option. Ashland Garage is a place that puts themselves in your shoes and does the right thing. And as a bonus, the warm, family‑style atmosphere comes complete with delicious cookies and fresh‑squeezed lemonade.

Went here for a walk-in inspection of my Honda. Folks that are friendly and kind, able to get get the inspection done same day within about an hour. Great service and a cozy waiting area, felt comfortable while waiting for my car. Definitely will be our go-to place for auto repair in the future. Thanks!
