I had them paint my hood while replacing the bumper. After waiting an extra week because they didn’t order the parts, they rushed the paint and the rust converter used on the hood caused the paint to blister. They told me it was on them and they would cover the repaint. After a year of calling and chasing them around I’m done being friendly. I will be perusing them for the cost of the work.

These folks were so wonderful to me. Clear communication in walking me through my first accident and ensuring my repairs would be done properly and within the set budget. One of the few shops in the area taking COVID seriously, their office was clean and socially-distanced and I felt perfectly comfortable leaving my car with them. Probably the best auto body repair experience I have had. I am very fussy about quality body and paint work. My car was repaired quickly with amazing quality. I had work performed at other local places and it was never this good. The car was returned clean inside and out and the work was perfect. I Highly recommend Precision. Reasonable pricing, courteous staff and top quality work. It is worth the few mile drive on Route 1 to Hancock for sure.
