I was so excited to see this cave because I love being outdoors and I love hiking and just getting out and doing things. On the website it says it's a 45 minute tour. So when we first got there we went into the gift shop and checked in got the receipt and was told to follow the sidewalk down to the bridge and wait for your tour guide. The tour guide shows up and asks everyone where they're from and explain some rules. So then we walk down the hill to the natural Blue River. SPOILER ALERT. The reason it is naturally blue is because of the limestone deposits that run down with the water. So we finally make it to the entrance of the cave and we get split into two groups. The tour guide explains more rules and talks about how it used to be a Milling operation and at one time a nightclub in the 1930s. Finally we are walked down some stairs to get on the boat. You have to duck for the first 20 seconds or so to go underneath of this very low ceiling. Once we enter the mouth of the cave it opens up and you get to see the beauty that the cave holds. It's definitely not the most beautiful cave I've seen But the boat ride was nice and you could see down to the bottom of the water. The water is only about 3 ft deep so nothing to be concerned about if you fall out. The boat tour lasted about 15 minutes in total which is the disappointing part. The group spent more time telling where we were from and the tour guide explaining rules and talking then we did on the actual tour of the cave. Don't get me wrong it was an awesome experience but the 45 minute "boat tour" on the website as a little misleading. You would expect an actual 45 minute boat tour and not 30 minutes of walking and talking and 15 minutes on the boat.

You can't actually get to it without trespassing. I'm not one for putting myself in a situation that I can be legally shot, so 1 star

Just a short hike from the parking lot. It's a pretty neat little spot.
