Never thought I'd be leaving a review for a towing company - but here we go. Thank you Matt at Ron's Towing for you kind and quick service getting our DOA rental car from our hotel to the Fairbanks Airport. Avis in Anchorage was kind enough to rent us a SUV with studded winter tires - needed to traverse the terrain to Fairbanks ... but neglected to give us one that was winterized. Thanks Avis. Matt made the whole process easy. He tried to jump the dead 4-Runner but she was not going to budge in the -35 degree weather. Noticing it wasn't winterized with no plug-in - he said the best option was to return it to Avis. Made it easy with handling the AAA side and giving me a ride to the airport. He even dropped me off at the terminal before taking the car to the Avis shop. Matt was kind, professional and good natured. I would highly recommend Ron's towing just based on our experience today. Thank you!!

Ron’s towing saved our ass! Avis in Anchorage didn’t give us a “ winterized “ car and being from CA we were oblivious that was necessary in the Fairbanks winter. Thank you to Ron and the amazing operator who was very helpful and kind. I didn’t get his name but he looked like Justin Bieber and came surprisingly fast and handled it like a rock star.

Wrecked our truck in the ice and snow. Incredible service! Super knowledgeable drivers and really considerate and accommodating. Do NOT hesitate to call. It wasn’t easy getting the truck out of a ravine but they did with no further damage. THANK YOU!!
