Napa off Gaffney road has lost my business. I called requesting confirmation that they have a part I needed for a customer vehicle and the customer service I received was completely disrespectful and uncalled for. I was snapped at by the employee and told I needed to call my order in through a different store because she didn't have time to confirm they had it before I sent someone over to grab the part. Then she proceeded to hang up on me before I could respond. This is unacceptable customer service. I don't care how short handed you are. As a business that spends thousands of dollars with parts stores monthly I will no longer go through Napa on Gaffney Road.

Guys unlocked door to let me in rt at closing time. Quickly found my part and quickly and cheerfully obliged me when I wasnt happy with price for item by handily setting me up with lower quality part that i was fine with due to $100 saveings.
