I was in a bad situation with my keys locked in my car while it was running. I originally called KeyMe Locksmiths and payed them to dispatch a truck to me to help get into my car and retrieve my keys. They never showed after waiting 5 hours and also said I wasn’t in their system anymore to receive a receipt of my purchase. I contacted Enterprise after realizing one of the locations was still open cause my car was a rental from them and they reached out to Zack’s Towing to assist me. He did a great job with communicating with me on his ETA to my location and as well on how to find me so that he could help me. He was very respectful and supportive. It was a lot to ask of him to do given that the temperature was extremely low but he was more than willing to assist me on getting back into my car and back on the road so I could get home. I highly recommend you give Zack’s company a call if you need any roadside assistance. Super friendly service and high quality assistance. Thank you Zack for all the help.

I ended up swerving off the road and got stuck in the snow. First time I was ever in any kind of accident & being so far from home I was nervous and pretty shaken. State troopers gave me Zack’s number & so I gave him a call. Took a couple hours to get to me b/c I was basically in the boonies but I’m so thankful for them! He was great & did an awesome job at walking me through what he was doing and what I needed to do! Thanks again!
