Poor customer service. The employees will refuse to listen to you, yell at you, accuse of you lying, then hang up on you all before you can finish a sentence. If seems they like the business of making money but not being a good business. The guy on the phone spoke over me and yelled before I could even explain any part of what happened on my end. He had no conflict resolution skills and escalated the situation without need. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS VERBAL ABUSE IS YOUR KINK.
