Ryan is first and foremost a great guy. This is important in today’s world . To deal with ethical and kind people. It makes doing business with him a no brainer . He helped me fix my 430xi brake pads for a very reasonable price. Having paid a bmw shop previously on the mainland for this service, he could have easily charged me more money, and would not have been in the wrong to do so! It’s a costly procedure . He delivers value above and beyond. My brakes are performing very well, I will continue to bring my bmw 430xi here for all services . For those reading this, Be patient; they take on alot of business and do a good job to meet all customers needs, it’s important to understand that there isn’t 1 million employees working here, so some patience on communication is reasonable. They pass that savings onto the customer since they do not have significant over head with a large amount of employees. This shows integrity and respect for the customer as he could very well be pocketing a higher margin by charging people more money . I’m fairly certain I got over. 1300 dollar discount compared to what I would have normally paid . Thank you Ryan! Great job, and keep being a good dude .

Ryan is amazing! truly went above and beyond! He’s still working on my car, but I couldn’t wait to leave a review. He got me in super fast, diagnosed my AC issue on the spot, and even took the time to clean my entire engine, which was completely covered in red dirt. Now it looks brand new, shiny and spotless! You can tell he really knows his stuff and actually cares. Honest, sharp, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying if you need professional service and certified skilled mechanics that go far and beyond the norm definitely give these guys a chance. Ryan diagnosed my sprinter vans issues over the phone from the info I gave him and was spot on when the mechanic showed me the damaged parts. Not only was he fair in pricing, I was in a time crunch to get my vehicle to the port very next morning and he made sure i received the service i needed and the mechanic onsite work ethic was like none I’d every experienced going above and beyond to get my vehicle working. The efforts and professionalism was definitely appreciated thanks again Ryan and crew for getting the job done even though it ran into night time and fitting me in last minute same day service with very reasonable rates.
