So happy they opened a store in Pāhoa! While sometimes I have had issues with receiving the incorrect part that seems more like a system problem than one with the staff. Chris is especially helpful and knowledgeable! Most of the staff is extremely kind and helpful. I only say most since I have yet to meet them all. Again super happy I no longer have to go to Hilo, and that they are all extremely personable.

Don't go here unless you have to, they are totally clueless. They told us" part will be there by 12pm"and then when 12 rolls around they say part is there so we drive to pick it up not only is the part not there it's not even available even at the main store in Hilo where they said it was going to come from. Go to pahoa Auto parts or any other parts store in Hilo, you'll have much better results. Better to just go somewhere besides O'Reilly's Auto parts they are clueless.
