Huge mahalo to the team at Waipio Auto Repair! While we were parked at Pearlridge (near the Macy’s parking garage), our pastor’s car door wouldn’t open because the driver’s side door had been damaged earlier in the week and the key fob battery had just died. We were preparing to call a locksmith when three members of the Waipio Auto Repair team happened to walk by and offered to help. One of them, a master mechanic, quickly used his tools to safely open the door for us something they absolutely didn’t have to stop and do. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help complete strangers really stood out. It’s clear they take pride not only in their work but also in helping the community. Highly recommend Waipio Auto Repair!

I had my first visit with Waipio Auto Repair. First time, I ever brought my car here. I made the decision to do so, based on their yelp reviews. I dont want to say too much of a novel, I am going to do my best to not make this great review too long. I would like to send a shout out to Irene at the front counter and Luzcille. They were both so sweet, kind and accommodating. Times have been very emotionally heavy for me personally, and i had a melt down emotionally, did not mean to. Irene was so kind to help me out at the front counter. She was so gracious, generous, empathetic! Luzcille, thank you so much for also helping me with along side of Irene, also for shuttling me home to my parents and back to the shop once my vehicle was ready. Both of you ladies, are such blessings and I am grateful!

Luzcille was super accommodating, being able to take me in on a holiday so that I didn't need to take a day off from work. They shared with me everything that they recommended to be done before starting on my vehicle so I could pick and choose according to priority, safety, and cost. They called every step of the way, even just to let me know that because it was a holiday, one of the parts wouldn't be in until later. Super happy with their service, friendliness, and reliability. Definitely will be my go to place for anything dealing with my vehicle!
