Overall great experience, Emmanuel was the guy who contacted me very helpful very thorough!! The third party tow company was a process to get ahold of but they gave excellent customer service and the actual tow truck driver was friendly and cool to talk too. Overall very good company and more than fair prices!!

Copart is not hard to work with. The process of selling to them is a little tedious because you must talk to multiple people within the company to complete the transaction. In my case it was three different people. The reason for 3 stars is because they give you basically nothing for your car. I sold them a 2010 Mini Cooper S that was in great physical condition but had a blown motor. They gave me a whopping $422 for it. The car had been stolen and driven 550 miles away and abandoned. Unfortunately for me, I had no way to recover the car myself so the only choice that made sense was to dispose of it to a company like Coparts. My car booked out for $6500 in running condition. For parts I estimate it was worth around $2000. I’m not happy about the whole thing but at least the problem is solved and the stress of the situation is gone.

Everything went very well. I am pleased with all of it. All went as expected, except the first days pick up did not happen so I had to reschedule for another day, but it went very smoothly and everything went well and everything was just exactly as well as explaining to me and I’m very satisfied
