AAA called Payne’s after I had a blowout on the highway and needed a tow. A driver was there within 20 minutes, and he was very helpful and courteous. I was off the road and at the tire shop within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

Great service! We broke down in our F250 pulling a 37' travel trailer. Called AAA and they quickly got Payne's involved. This was on Memorial Day late afternoon and Crystal called me within 5 minutes. She wasn't sure AAA was going to cover the travel trailer because they hadn't told her that I had one. She called them and got it straightened out. Harley called to give us an ETA as he was on his way. Within an hour of my initial phone call we had an F650 roll back there ready to get us hooked up and towed home ( about 90 miles). Harley loaded the F250 on the roll back and hooked the travel trailer to a ball on the wheel lift. We were quickly on our way. He drove safely and was well aware that he had our pride and joy hooked up back there. The bottom line is that they got to us quickly, were very courteous, and got us home safe and sound. I would recommend them to anyone.

Horrible experience. I think they treat AAA calls as bottom of the barrel. The guy was incredibly rude and annoyed to be there and must have brought up that this was a AAA call a hundred times. I was stuck in the mud/water in the middle of a county road with my 7 year old TERRIFIED daughter. The water was deep so I wasn’t sure if my car would run once it was out so I asked the guy to stick around so I could find out first. He didn’t. He drove off without saying a single word and sure enough my car wouldn’t make it home. The guy kept telling me it would be $250 to help me any more than he had already helped. Keep in mind I was half a mile from home IF that. I called hatch’s and someone was there in less than 10 minutes and myself, my daughter, and my car were home in less than 20 minutes for $75. I would say the driver from paynes name but he never told me. Never had me sign anything like he’s supposed to. When I say he got in his truck and drove off completely unexpectedly that’s exactly what I mean. Call hatch’s if you want to be treated with decency.
