I had to get an intake manifold for my daughter's car. They didn't have it in stock but they ordered it for me at a very reasonable and fair price. Saved me a lot of time looking for the part. The part was in good condition. I would highly reccomend Doug's. Fast and friendly service at a reasonable and fair price.

Called Doug's last week and got a quote on a transmission for my truck. Got a quote which was cheaper than any place I contacted. The guy took down my information and told me to let him know when I needed it. I called back week later to let them know when I was coming. They called me back and told me the transmission was ready for pick up. Transmission was installed that day and works great so far. The customer service was excellent. First time to do business with them and won't be the last.

Spent a few days dealing with Upull It trying to locate body parts for a Camry. After a day of busy signals I finally got someone and was told the car I needed would be there in next day or so. Called back few times and no go. The last call I was told by a lady that she thinks it's there but not sure but just to drive there and look. Like I don't have better things to do then drive there just to see. Needless to say I gave up and called Doug's and got someone the first time I called. Guy on the phone let me know how many they had and a list of prices for each part. Drove there and got exactly what I needed for half the price pretty much that U-Pull it wanted. Sure Doug's might not have a fancy new building and commercials on TV but what they got is great service and even better prices. Was in and out with what I needed and didmt have to pay to walk into their yard like the other place. So hands down Doug's is my go to place for what I need. I'll even wait a few days even if another place has the parts right then just cause dealing with Doug's is better all around. Highly recommend them and will never use another yard for my salvage needs.
