Today I'm here to report my bad experience at this place! I'm a transporter and whenever I go to Copart's facilities, I never have problems arriving an hour early, marking my arrival time, and going in to load! But today was different. I arrived with an appointment for 2 pm, and I got to the facility at 12:45 pm, and the staff said they couldn't load me, only when I arrived at 2 pm, and they asked me to leave the yard, which was empty with no one there except the machine operators chatting amongst themselves! Honestly, I found this a tremendous lack of respect for our profession!

Only reason this place isnt getting a 1 star and if it were possible a 0 is because a woman i believe named Wendy was nothing short of fantastic. I had called their stupid universal number and got told i was going to get a call back twice over 2 days about getting paid for the car they had already pick up and never got a call back. After not getting any call back and that number stop answering it had been 3 days with no payment. So i assumed they had stolen my vehicle and had planned to go to the police station to file a report. Instead i found one of their locations and furiously drove up there. Wendy managed to de-esculate very quickly trying to figure out what exactly had happened and explained everything to me as i was telling her. I finally after 3 days got my payment for the car they had taken with no police involved. Copart as a company is absolutely terrible to go through and i highly reccommend going through a different company. Wendy from copart on the otherhand i would hire in a heartbeat on any customer service role, she deserves better than this company 100%

I wanted to know if my house keys were left in my car after it got towed there due to a total loss from another driver hitting me. Instead of having someone take a quick look for me, they forced me to take off of work and drive an hour up because no other person other than me (including my girlfriend) is allowed to look according to them. This is without even knowing if my keys will be in there or not which may or may not be a complete waste of my time.
