I have a one minute worth of a question and live in an entirely different city. It takes one minute to pick up a phone. It takes one minute to make the difference in customer service and make a customer happy and smile. In my instance I look online for a part price which is a tail gate to be exact and they tell me that it’s X amount of dollars but next to it the website says bare. So does that mean it comes without the latches and door rods and handle and bezel and that I have to buy each one separately? If so that feels a bit like a sham. Either way my thing is I can’t even call to ask the simple question of what is all included with the tailgate and what is not. It would take 60 seconds if that to make me happy and satisfied by answering a phone call. Not everything needs to be automated especially when not every situation or scenario can be assumed or calculated. Bring back customer service answering phone for the customers sakes.

This location has gone downhill. The counter staff is very rude. Your parts are way overpriced and you think people are going to pay for a warranty? Nope! They will go to Paul's Auto Salvage where uou are treated with respect and not talked down to. BTW.. Pauls has 30 day warantee automatically!
