I ordered a part from this junkyard with a warranty, but a few weeks later the part failed. When I contacted them, Jube refused to honor the warranty and gave no real help. They made excuses and wouldn’t take responsibility for their product. Highly disappointed — I would not recommend this place for reliable parts or service.

I had a terrible experience with this junkyard. They sold me an engine that did not work at all, and when I went back to resolve the issue, they refused to honor any warranty or take responsibility. An employee named Jube was especially unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, he gave me a bad attitude and basically dismissed the issue completely. I wasted my time, money, and labor because of this. Selling bad engines with no warranty and no accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be very careful before buying anything from here.

Drove an hour and 2 minutes to hear oh the part they have has 250k miles while on the phone yesterday Nora said 148k miles and now oh the one with 148k miles fits on a 2004 Rav4. Owners .. honor your business
