Done me well thus far. Alternator and Trans purchased. Both transactions went well! Now I install the parts as long as they function properly I’m sold!!!!!

Angela went above and beyond for me. Took pictures and got back to me quickly. Parts were ready, better than described and at a fair price ( OEM parts, not Chinese crap that other reviewers want for less or you’ll get one star!)

I have given them chances to show they are good. The staff is friendly to deal with (which is why 2 stars and not 1) but the pricing is rather ridiculous. 4 out of 5 last inquiries I could purchase new about the same price or cheaper. Have also had them say nice part on phone, but when I arrive it is worse than the one I am replacing. I had hopes they were a good place to shop, I guess I was wrong. There are others out there that are easier and more affordable to deal with.
