My gym, Sandstone Fit Body Bootcamp, did a food drive for Second Harvest. I wanted to know the total pounds of food donated and Lorain Metals was gracious enough and both weighed the food and donated monetarily towards more food! Sent my wife there this afternoon and after she unloaded the stuff from her car they put it on the scale really quick and then whisked it away. She repeatedly kept asking for the rate and no one would answer. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and ignored every single question she had and just handed her money with a receipt. She asked to speak to the manager and no one could find her. So she went walking around to try to find the guy she originally spoke to and he was also gone. The only people she could find didn't speak English. I will never send her here again. Treat women better! She was given no say in what happened and when she got back to where she had left the car idling the radio was blaring. It had not been on. One of the worst experiences I've ever had in a place of business. Such a scummy place.
