Awful service. I never receive bills. If I didn’t have my bank sent to auto draft I would never remember when my bill was due. Many times our trash has been left on the road or not fully emptied. I have been trying to cancel service but they say I have signed service agreement which I keep being told is sent over but I have yet to see.Service: Trash removal & disposal

We have had this trash service for 7 years. We were having issues with our garbage guy leaving nasty notes on our trash cans. We called to cancel at the end of our 3 month pay period and they said we were going to have a $190 cancel service fee. This seems criminal and wrong. Do all the trash places have you sign a contract stating this? 7 years of loyalty for nothing.Service: Junk removal

I signed up for weekly garbage pick-up (RDT) 4 years ago. Yesterday I found a different garbage service I wish to use. When I called RDT to cancel service, they told me if I "hire another service" there will be a 6-month penalty! I feel trapped and extorted! Obviously, if I had carefully read the sign-up form and learned about this when I signed up, I would NOT have hired them! Is this legal? They said their lawyers said it is and all the other garbage services in Vernal do the same! WHAT'S GOING ON!!!!
