I think anyone leaving a bad review for this yard is really more mad at Copart.<br><br>This is hands down the best location I’ve been to. The office ladies were a pure joy. The office is warm and welcoming. They are friendly, upbeat, super efficient, and you can tell they have an enjoyable work environment together.<br><br>The yard guy was super helpful as well. I am looking forward to my next visit to Little Rock Copart yard. If only they were all this amazing!!<br><br>Fast check in, fast load, easy process overall. Very happy with this purchase!

Unfortunately, my experience at this Copart location was not what I expected from Copart.<br>The vehicle I purchased arrived with parts that did not match the auction listing (different wheels), even though I had sent a friend to inspect the vehicle before the purchase.<br>I also paid for Copart’s own transportation service, and the driver took detailed photos of the vehicle upon delivery — the difference was obvious — yet the issue was never properly resolved.<br>As a loyal buyer, I’m disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service.<br>Buyers deserve accurate listings and fair resolutions when there is clear misrepresentation of the vehicle sold.

rip off - they automatically put me on auto re-new then i don't use their auction and they charge me $99 & now they say its non-refundable. i haven't used your website. i don't want to renew. give me a refund. this is a rip off. why would they not work with me? i paid them once for the site & never used.
