Top tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it! Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. They got the back rear part of my car fixed and looks better than new - the paint matches perfectly - I was in awe. They also even drove me to the car rental place. I just knew I was in good hands with them. Great communication as well - they kept me undated with texts while fixing my car. It’s one thing to do your job well - it’s another things to work with the spirit of excellence.

I was involved in a minor accident and had front-end damage repaired on my 2015 Chevy Silverado at Pro Auto Body Shop in Conway. They did an outstanding job, the truck looked as good as new when I picked it up, and they even detailed it.
