Nates's Cast / JC customer, I totally agree with you. This place is a joke. The guy that works at the desk doesn't know what he's doing. Can't get a straight answer very disappointing place for used parts. I wouldn't recommend it unless you want to be stressed out.

Very disappointing experience. I’ve attempted to do business with them several times, but it has never gone well. I have to call to check if my parts are ready, but when I arrive, they are not available. This shows a lack of organization and responsibility from the management. The owner is irresponsible and doesn’t deserve to run a business.
