Parts are great prices are amazing but that’s not their problem . Their biggest problem is they DO NOT answer the phone . Everytime I call it takes days to reach someone. The phone number listed on their website goes directly to somebody’s voicemail it doesn't even ring then i found their 855 number, but it’s a gamble even reaching them literally every single time and i am over it . I uploaded a screen shot of just TODAYS call history with them . On HOLD EVERY SINGLE TIME

I've been shopping at the great Auto Parts Outlet store in Bgt,CT for years now and I never had any complaints whatsoever so ever and the staff there are very knowledgeable and eager to assist. As long as they have their doors open for business I will spend money there. Oh and their prices are very comtetive. Awesome place for your auto parts needs!
