I had absolutely no problems. Brought the necessary tools for the task. In and out no time. Wish the prices were a little lower. Received a quote from the one in Joliet, they were close to 30 dollars cheaper than Chicago heights. Only thing

Bought a part that ended up being too big to fit in the vehicle to take. The lady working the desk was unbelievably rude and said because I refused the warranty (which is a scam in itself. Who gets a warranty for something out of a JUNKYARD, that they had to pick and pull themselves? For many things the core charge is a gouge as well) there's nothing they could do to help, even though I would have just taken credit. A majority of this lot is thick mud, with more broken glass than average, and maybe the most cars tipped off their stands that I've seen in a yard in a while. Beware if you're getting under a car for something here.I hope the $80 they stuck me for was worth losing a customer.

The worst junk yard ever been in ... unlike the other ones I go 2 .. they have this big O mountains of garbage & scrap in the middle of the aisles I couldn't gt through it, in almost every single isle the same thing & cars r really old & beaten (parts) lol...so yeah .. bad bad experience ... oh btw, bad customer service ahaha... there were @ 1st arguing with 2 customers then they got outside then back in ... I really dnt kno how that ended up just I left 4 gud 😤😤😤😁😅🤣🤬🤬🤬 so nope 👎👎👎👎👎
