Totaled a vehicle before I put it in my name, it was 2 days after I purchased the vehicle. My deceased uncle gave me his Levi's vest with all sorts of patches from my great grandfather's military career, and my grandfather's military career. As well as some biker patches my uncle added. The employees would not let me at least get the one item out of the vehicle. They would not take the signed title, or bill of sale with my name on it as proof and I ended up losing a major part of my family's past. Absolute worst type of people. I said they could keep the $1500 worth of tools in the tool box, I had 4 cans of fresh chew in the glove box many of new parts on the vehicle. All I wanted was an old vest. They refused to give me the vest behind the seat in the single cab. These people have no care. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.
