There is no 0 star option. Dont waste your time. on 2/6/26 Jordan auto parts charged me 600 dollars for a transfer case. Guy on the phone said its at their other location and it would ship out by monday 5/11 no tracking number. Dude on the phone says its not out of the vehicle yet. He said they would ship it tomorrow. Tuesday 5/12 call and still hasnt shipped out. Wed 5/13 Dude promises me he will forward tracking by end of the day. End of the day the snotty broad on the phone apparently filled out my address wrong. Today Thursday 5/14 still no part. UPS has the worng address. The 15th person I talked to tells me to call UPS myself to update the address? THIS PLACE IS A JOKE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME FIND ANYTHING ELSE WILL BE BETTER THAN JORDAN AUTO PART SERVICE.
