I thought I locked keys in the car. The kid pulled up and was walking toward my car and I when the salon receptionist ran out with my keys in her hand. I don’t mind paying something for the service, however, I do mind paying 100% or $50. The company could have shown some understanding and they would have had a customer for life but apparently they have enough customers.

Bad company that takes advantage of its customers. Stated one thing on the phone and lied later about such part.I advise anyone doing business with them take pics and or video and get a written receipt when inquiring about automotive parts. They will lie to keep a sale. 1-7-26
