We had engine trouble on the freeway and called B&R. They said it would take them one and a half hour to get to us because they had to finish another job first. About half an hour later, we got a call back from Steven in the office, who said the other job was taking their driver longer than expected, so Steven would come and tow our vehicle himself. He showed up in another half hour or so. Not only did Steven volunteer to drive a tow truck on a day he wasn't meant to, he actually ended up coming earlier than the initial estimate we were given. On the job, he was most courteous and efficient. Very pleased with this company.Service: Car towing

I left the dang keys in my car and felt miserable about it. No one would help me immediately and the people I called before B&R towing were terrible people on the phone. Steven made my day so much better. He arrived immediately, it was quick and friendly service, and all for not a bad price. I'm so thankful it was him over anyone else that showed up! Thank you so much.

OMG!!! I can not say enough good about these guys!! Courteous, Professional Helpful and such a tricky driver!! He got my car hooked in a very tight spot with no trouble!!And backed into another spot at the repair location!!
