Terrible business, my son went to Hensons today. Paid for a set of tires prior to taking the tires off of the vehicle. Hensons associate received cash in hand for said tires, the business transaction was done. My son and friends removed the tires rolled them ~ 1 mile to load them up. Hensons associate approached and stated “those are no longer for sale.” stated “we have decided to put those tires on a truck we are restoring.” Proceeded to give my sons money back to him and deny the purchase. Was my son USED to remove a set of tires for you? I am speechless and appalled as to why grown business men would treat a paying customer this way. You should be ashamed!!! People BEWARE of what could potentially happen to you or those close to you when using Hensons.
