Tried calling when my Jeep left me stranded in the middle of the road. Whomever answered the phone was very rude. Don’t have a 24/7 tow company if you don’t want a 0600 call asking for a tow.

Ricky came to our rescue and went far above with his customer service. He gave us a ride home and ordered the part we needed from advanced using his discount as well as discussed helping our family with some other things.
