Got a transmission from them for $600.00, on install transmission had no 3rd gear and fault codes immediately after shift. Called them about warranty. Took them a week to get another transmission. When we picked up the second transmission, they tried to claim it was an electrical issue. They reposted the transmission for sale for $800.00. When installed the second it had a shudder that got worse the more it was driven. Pulled the pan, and the transmission was FULL of water contaminated fluid. Called multiple times about the issue "the boss" would not speak to me, and the workers would put me on hold forever or outright hang up on me. Took a day out of work to drive the 3 hours to take the transmission back to them and finally talk to the boss. He wanted to argue that it was a cooler issue or something. We drove to Chicago for a replacement transmission and have had NO issue out of it, so there was no electrical or cooler issue with the car. Only gave me $400.00 back for my trouble. Probably has the transmission for sale to somebody else. Do not buy from them or their other yard: Moraine Auto Parts

Excellent costumer service. Purchased a 2018 dodge journey told them I noticed it had aexhaust leak, and they even fixed the exhaust leak for me when I purchased no charge. very fair and honest! Even found a tranny for a really good price for my other vehicle I’ll be back to purchase. Very busy place but worth the wait!

Came here Saturday to get a part for my car. Drove 2 hours there and waited 2.5 hours for them to pull the part. During that time, cops were called to the property, customers were claiming to have been scammed. I got my part and left as it was going to be dark on my drive home by time I got the part. I gave the piece to my mechanic just for him to immediately point at two broken pieces, he was unable to use it and I paid $400. I had been scammed too. My mechanic called them directly to see if they could rectify the situation. He was met with hostility, yelling, cussing, and THREATS THAT WERE RECORDED ON THE PHONE CALL. We are currently taking this to court with video evidence. Please if you have any sort of intelligence, don't go to them for any parts. The manager gave us his home address and told us to come FIGHT HIM. So now I have his address for whatever reason??
